★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having visited this hotel on several occasions as my friend is a long-term resident I can highly recommend it. The pool bar is a great venue for drinks and food. Kamila was serving us with a smile and we had great conversations with her. Coming from the hotel industry myself I can tell you that she is a great asset to this hotel team. Everyone is friendly and the level of hospitality is very high. Try the Cuba Libre at the pool bar. You will thank me later.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The wellness is really nice and it has a nice bar outside for a drink after the sauna session. Employees are respectful and they care for their customers. I was speaking English while my company was speaking Czech. The employees adapted the language immediately to accommodate us. Great place for a nice, relaxing evening.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My room wasn't cleaned during the day. The housekeeping came quite early but never showed up again. No shower gel available. No solution for that problem: handsoap. Apparently they never check the quantity of shower gel. Very scary neighborhood. The view from the balcony is amazing: a car park. Never again and I am a person working in tourism.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is very nice and looks very new. Receptionist are very friendly and if you ever need any help in Brno, they will help you.
The room was spacious and had a view onto the courtyard - in the afternoon it was lovely sunny so I used the balcony :)
Bathroom was huge and the shower was working and you can regulate your temperature.
There was also a hair dryer.
The main room has a kitchen, tv and small working space which was nice.
Breakfast consists of a choice of hot items like sausage, beans scrambled eggs or cold choices like cereal, bread, jam , cheese and meats (-!: many more I forgot). Plus coffee was excellent!
Highly recommend to stay there again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything is fine except the neighborhood and the fact that the reception is closed after 22:00. So I only give 4 stars. Otherwise, the hotel is very neat, breakfast is very good and the staff is professional and friendly.
