Klinika skvele klame svym luxusnim vzhledem, ale navsteva se neda doporucit. Po objednani na ranni cas na kolonoskopii, kdy jste po vecernim projimadle absolutne na lacno, vas nechaji v cekarne 4 hodiny po objednanem case, po provedeni domluveno hned na prvni zakrok s hemeroidy a to bylo dalsi 1,5 hodiny cekani... Takze po skonceni kdy uz jsem omdleval slabosti jsem alespon dostal susenky a jeste jsem to musel rozdychat na luzku. Kazda dalsi navsteva min o hodinu delsi cekani nez cas objednani. Po pul roce leceni hemeroidu jsem dostal od doktora info ze to nejak nezmizelo, tak si dame jeste pul roku.

Dobrý den, včera jsem byla na vyšetření žaludku, vůbec nejsem hrdina, strašně jsem se bála, ale tak milý přístup jak sestřičky a tak paní doktorky mě uklidnil, a zvládla jsem to. Mohu jen doporučit ?

Velké poděkování celému týmu lékařů, pana anesteziologa a pani DOKTORKY Jungwirthové. ??? Kéž by náš systém měl takový přístup jako tato klinika?. Pracuji ve VFN a bohužel toto se nedá srovnat. Lidský, milí , vstřícní lidé. Už doporučuji lidi okolo sebe jen sem. Moc děkuji, přeji mnoho úspěchů ???

Vyšetřen ze všech stran tak, že kdyby to doktoři prováděli najednou, můžou si skrz mě zamávat. S přístupem všech jsem byl nadmíru spokojen a jediná drobnost je delší čekání, v mém případě hodina a půl přes domluvený čas.

DANGEROUS! One star is too generous. Due to a procedure I received here, I spent one week in the ICU after receiving emergency surgery and three blood transfusions. Dr. Popislova performed a rubber band ligation without prescribing the necessary pre-op medications which led to me almost bleeding to death. I would highly recommend avoiding this institution on behalf of myself and the three surgical proctologists I have consulted since my experience.

Just read this what one girl wrote about them few days ago: Hello guys, I had a very bad experience yesterday at Sanatorium sv. Anny, I would like to share it with you so you can avoid such ordeals for future, I was scheduled on emergency basis for gastroscopy for something that looks like ulcer (best case scenario). The appointment was for 1.30 pm and I was not supposed to eat and drink anything for 8 hours. They asked me to fill in some papers then I waited there until 3 pm until they finally called for me. I was a complete wreck, not because of hunger or thirst but because I had been dealing with excruciating stomach pain. They finally asked me in, undress, lay down on a side and they started to prepare some spray for my nose. In the same room there was another patient waiting on a chair for the same procedure, looking at me. (!?!?!) I felt like in a post war hospital, really. And this is supposed to be a private clinic. I stopped them and said, "Wait, I haven't done this before, please tell me what's going to happen and what my options are in terms of where you put that tube (mouth/nose) and sedation. I have severe panic attacks" In very poor English, the nurses said the procedure is maximum 5 mins and I should not worry, and that it will be through the nose. I told them I have really sensitive nose and I often bleed only when I touch it and I prefer through the mouth. They said it doesn't matter. (??!?!) They grabbed my hand to perform an injection in my vein, and because they could not find my vein they stabbed me several times with the needle. They were shouting at me, where's your vein, as if I was responsible for their incompetence. They were 3 nurses around me trying to find my vein. That got me extremely panicked (and I never had such problem when I'm going to lab for blood sample) After like 5 minutes of torture they made it, then they stuck some gas inside my nose, then the doctor came, it was a guy around 60, he brutally stuck the tube inside my nose and the moment it hit the nose bone I instinctively shouted and moved my head back. Then he switched to the other nostril and the same thing happened, and I had the same reaction. The tube was too big and it wouldn't go in, and I felt everything, I was a bit dizzy but mentally active and also my senses did not leave me one bit. Immediately the doctor rose up and started shouting at me to go away. He said, "That's it, i can't work with you. Get lost, immediately, get down from the table and leave" while pushing me from behind. I felt like a cattle, not like a human. I started crying and begged him to be more patient because I need this procedure done and I am not going through this ordeal again. He said, "Get lost, NOW!" I got dressed and left, telling him that he is a very bad doctor. 5 minutes from the moment I went out the clinic door, I got called on my phone from reception: "Miss Moldovanu, come back IMMEDIATELY or we call the Police" I asked what's wrong, they didn't tell me. They kept saying they will call police if I don't come back. I came back. They wanted to take my blood pressure and sign some paper that I am in good condition to leave the hospital. Then I left again. They call me again. "You haven't paid, you need to come back and pay" I came back. I paid 300 czk for my anesthesia which apparently was not covered by my insurance. I left crying, in an extremely bad physical and mental state and without my examination done. - Doctor's name: Jiri Jungwirth - General impressions about this clinic: Disorganized, loose, disrespectful with patients, lacking in empathy/compassion, only concerned to save their skin, they don't respect appointments and take other patients behind the line, unhygienic (when they called me in for procedure, I went into a small room with a chair, a toilet and a sink. A nurse told me to undress then she asked me some stuff that she wrote down on a paper that she placed ON THE TOILET SEAT. The same nurse performed my injection and she DID NOT WASH HER HANDS).

Maybe it's normal here not to use anaesthetic when sticking tubes up someone's bum but honestly, I feel deceived. I arrived all trusting and was swept into the examination room. No warning and the next minute nurses were sticking tubes in me and holding me down while I did my best not to scream in agony. It was quick but traumatic. I have VZP but I'll pay extra for some form of pain relief when having fairly large objects inserted into rather narrow passages. Not that they seemed to care. This was a while back and maybe things have improved but I haven't had the courage to go back after the first encounter.
