Pán jednal seriozně a rychle , hned další den sem si ho vyzvedl a vyzkoušel večer toho dne a notebook jede jak nový cena super. Na vyčištění prachu u notebooku tuto firmu vřele doporučuji !!! I had my laptop cleaned of dust. The Lord acted seriously and quickly, the next day I picked it up and tried the evening of that day and the laptop goes like a new price super. I highly recommend this company to clean the dust of the laptop !!!

Čekal jsem 2 týdny a poté jsem zjistil, že mi zaměnili součástky (RAM 2x4gb) na nefunkční (1x1gb a 1x2gb), které přesto byli nefunční. Nedoporučuju!!!! Not recommended. After diagnosis, I canceled the repair. I waited 2 weeks and then I found out that they switched parts (RAM 2x4gb) to non-functional (1x1gb and 1x2gb), which were non-functional anyway. I do not recommend !!!!

Chápu, že kvůli epidemii nebo jiným věcem se můžou věci protáhnout. Ale nikdo mi 2 měsíce nedal vědět, nebral telefon, neodpovídal na SMS. Velmi neprofesionální jednání. I do not recommend. It took 3-4 weeks to repair the laptop. I was not able to pick it up until 2.5 months later. I understand that because of an epidemic or other things, things can take a long time. But no one let me know for 2 months, did not answer the phone, did not answer the SMS. Very unprofessional behavior.

Oceňuji, že před opravou vždy nejprve provádí zdarma nezávaznou diagnostiku a při opravě vždy notebook zevnitř vyčistí. Během srpna 2021 jsme se dohodli na příští pondělí. Od té doby nikdo nereaguje na volání (i když telefon je občas obsazený), e-maily ani sms. Nevím, co se přihodilo. Musel jsem jinam. Since then, no one has responded to calls (even if the phone is occasionally busy), emails or sms. I don't know what happened. I had to go somewhere else.
