★ ★ ★ ★ ★ EKG foto je patrně českým partnerem výrobce stativů Gitzo. Poté, co se mi poničil stativ Gitzo, jsem se s prosbou o radu obrátil na webové stránky Gitza. Dotaz jsem poslal v pondělí dopoledne, asi za hodinu jsem dostal odpověď ze společnosti EKG s nabídkou opravy. Po dotazu jsem požádal jen o zaslání nabídnutého náhradního dílu, během chvíle mi přišla faktura s tím, že pokud pošlu doklad o platbě, balíček vyexpedují ještě téhož dne. Druhý den (v úterý) mi přišel zásilkovou službou domů.
Velmi chválím ochotu, rychlost jednání, nalezení řešení a ve finále rychlé vyřešení mého problému. Jsem nadšen a služby EKG doporučuji!
EKG foto is probably the Czech partner of the tripod manufacturer Gitzo. After my Gitzo tripod was damaged, I turned to the Gitz website for advice. I sent the question on Monday morning, in about an hour I received a response from the EKG company with an offer of repair. After the question, I only asked to send the offered spare part, in a while I received an invoice stating that if I send proof of payment, the package will be shipped the same day. The next day (Tuesday) he came home to me by courier service.
I highly praise the willingness, speed of negotiations, finding a solution and, in the end, a quick solution to my problem. I am excited and I recommend ECG services!
