M	Marie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Od objednáni se týden kromě automaticky zaslané odpovědi nic nedělo. Do firmy se dovolat je nadlidský úkol. Když se mi to po dalším týdnu podařilo, pán slíbil, že se obratem ozve a řekne mi temín kdy budou doručovat. Neozval. Za další týden přišel mail, že termín doručení bude za 14 dní. Ok. V den doručení ráno volala paní, že nejpozději do poledne přijede řidič a že předem zavolá. Ve 4 hodiny odpoledne volal řidič, že nemůže trefit a že už dál hledat nebude a mám mu přijet palety zaplatit tam, kde je (cca 2 km od nás, na druhé straně vesnice). Proč nezavolal dřív, aby se zeptal kde to je mi nebyl schopný říct, jen sprostě na všechno a všechny nadával. Po přemlouvání nakonec přijel, ale odmítl zacouvat do dvora (dostatečně prostorného, kde se otočíme i s kombajnem a kamionem). Bylo vidět, že má problém i s jízdou dopředu, natož s couváním. Řekl, že mi ty 4 palety složí přimo do vjezdu a na komunikaci a ať si s nima dělám co chci, že to není jeho starost. Když jsem mu řekla, že tedy zboží nepřeberu, tak mi hrozil před obličejem a řval po mě, kde mám peníze, ať mu je hned dám, že dřív mi zboží neukáže. Což jsem odmítla, že chci napřed zboží vidět. On s nadávkami odjel. Připadalo mi to dost zvláštní…. Nothing has happened since the order was ordered except for the automatically sent answer. Calling a company is a superhuman task.
