Jediné co nabízí je prohlídka oken s tím že opravu stejně neudělají hned, ale musí přijet až další člověk. Je nepříjemná. Za cca hodinku okna seřízena, technik profesionál, vše vysvětlil a opravil i žaluzie. I recommend for window adjustment. Je to člověk na správném místě. Za sebe doporučuji. Operátorka na telefonu byla neodbytná a prostě se vnutila. Technik přijel na kontrolu a řekl jim že potřebují udělat servis, že mají netěsná okna, cena servisu nebyla až tak veliká, ale rodiče mu řekli že tolik peněz nemají. Poté jim řekl, že kontrola oken je sice zdarma, ale že za prohlídku chce kontakty na dalších deset lidí, kterým zavolají a nabídkou jim prohlídku oken ,,zdarma". Nemůžu hodnotit seřízení oken od této firmy, ale způsob jednání se mi nezdá fér. Vnutit se k někomu domů a ,,zdarma" mu zkontrolovat okna a přesvědčovat někoho, aby do toho navezl další své známé, jinak prohlídka není zdarma není podle mě fér jednání. Celý byt s 6ti okny firma „seřídila“ za 5 minut, kdy zkusili zda nedrhne okno popř. hodně svěšené okno povytáhli. Kolegyně z práce mi po vypršení záruky doporučila vaši firmu, protože okna drhla a rosila se. Váš technik přijel, všechna okna pečlivě zkontroloval, seřídil a dokonce promazal kování i těsnění. Vše nám ukázal a vysvětlil, věnoval se nám víc jak hodinu. Okna jdou znovu otevírat jako po montáži, netáhne jimi a nerosí se. Navíc nám bylo slíbeno, že se za rok sami ozvete s kontrolou. Takto si představuji kvalitní služby pro zákazníky. Firmu Ekodoma doporučuji! I want to share my experience with adjusting windows. Vše mi ukázal, vysvětlil a seřídil nám jen okna, které bylo potřeba seřídit, před zimou ošetřili kování a těsnění. S odstupem pár týdnů okna dobře těsní a netáhne jimi. Nemám problém doporučit dál.
