At first they tried to wriggle out of this problem, then based on their measurements we acknowledged the complaint, but the amount of their money back calculated their (about 30% less) and began another scramble, this time we have to deal with everything through a lawyer. The whole thing came to a hearing in court (started legal proceedings). Ekodrill's argument was that they guaranteed that the borehole had a spread only at the moment of handover of the construction, Then he gave him no guarantee does not apply to coverage. Then they began to imagine that we did not follow the pumping procedure and probably destroyed the well by our intervention, and similar odd assumptions. The Judge took the matter rationally and basically gave us all the truth, the whole meeting was in the spirit of explaining the interpretation of the Ekodrill Treaty by the Judge, she gave us the truth: - Ekodrill guarantees the spreading rate throughout the warranty period - inclined rather to our quantification of the amounts recovered - said that the role of the consumer in this case is much stronger than that of an expert - Ekodrill She said that if the court proceedings were opened, everything would be proven through a court expert and the losing party would then have to pay all the costs. So she directed Ekodrill to try to settle everything out of court, which also happened (they gave us a discounted offer), a portion of the money and so we came, but we let it. I believe that this review will help the market to function effectively and others will not have to do what we do.

Excellent work, I ordered a well and they fulfilled everything down to the last detail and even 1000 CZK cheaper. For me, the best company providing these services. I warmly recommend.

We chose Ekodrill as one of the most famous local companies and we expected reliability, but unfortunately the opposite was true. They did not meet the promised deadlines, did not respond, and the neighbors did not receive the promised results of the influence on their wells even a year later. We expected a higher price, but there were a lot of hidden surcharges in the contracts. They did well, but late, expensive and crazy. Unfortunately, I do not recommend it at all.
