★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super domluva, napsal jsem email, odpovedeli mi do druheho dne. Je to spis velkosklad, ale maji tam vzdy nejakou paletu pro lidi s briketami pro maloobchod.
Great agreement, I wrote an email, they answered me the next day. It's a warehouse, but they always have a pallet for people with briquettes for retail.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Odebiral jsem od nich palivo po tri sezony, nyni jsem chtel objednat dalsi, poprosil jsem o akcni cenu jako jiz staly zakaznik po lhute akce. Byl jsem tvrde odmitnut, po dohadovani mi nabidli slevu 10 haleru za kilo coz byl vysmech. Takze po predchozich nakupech za zhruba 100 tis. Kc odchazim k jinemu prodejci.
I took fuel from them for three seasons, now I wanted to order another, I asked for a special price as they have already become a customer after the event. I was strongly rejected, after arguing they offered me a 10 haler discount per kilo, which was ridiculous. So after previous purchases for about 100 thousand. Kc I'm going to another seller.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Po telefonu jsem byla ujištěna, že v pondělí 27.9. (což je klasický všední den), bude otevřeno jako obvykle od 7:30 do 16:00. Když jsme dnes s autem a vozíkem dorazili pro eko brikety, bylo zavřeno, protože "dovolená před státním svátkem". Tohle je velmi neseriózní jednání! Bylo tam dalších 5 aut a informace o uzavření jen na papíru na dveřích, takže o tom nevěděl nikdo. Kdybych kvůli tomu dopředu nevolala a nejela až z Prahy, možná by mě to tolik nevytočilo. :(
I was assured by phone that on Monday 27.9. (which is a classic weekday), will be open as usual from 7:30 to 16:00. When we arrived today with a car and a cart for eco briquettes, it was closed because of "holidays before the national holiday". This is a very frivolous act! There were another 5 cars and information about the closure only on the paper on the door, so no one knew about it. If I hadn't called in advance and left Prague because of it, maybe it wouldn't have turned me so hard. :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kvalitní palivo co se da zapálit jednou sirkou, jako podpalovač doporučuju vyjetý olej. Strašně milá paní manažerka na telefonu... ? Už budu jezdit jen sem.
Quality fuel that can be ignited with one match, as a lighter I recommend used oil. Very nice lady manager on the phone ... budu I'll only drive here.
