 I called the branch, the gentleman I was talking to, so he told me that he didn't know what it was and why I was calling him, he said goodbye and hung up .......

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mám podobnou zkušenost. Chtěl jsem jenom zjistit číslo na ostravskou pobočku a když jsem řekl, že jsem zaměstnanec firmy pro kterou zpracovává Elanor mzdy tak chlápek ze zákaznické podpory mi řekl ať mu nic dalšího neříkám a řeším si to ve své firmě a normálně zavěsil.
I have a similar experience. I just wanted to find out the number at the Ostrava branch and when I said I was an employee of a company for which Elanor wages work, a customer support guy told me not to tell him anything else and I deal with it in my company and hung up normally.
