Za tu dobu nemohu nic vytknout a to si myslím, že jsem náročný zákazník, který navíc jezdí opravdu často a tak kdyby nějaké nedostatky byly, jistě bych je našel. Na Eldaru se mi líbí jejich dochvilnost, milí řidiči s pohodlnými a čistými vozy. U řidičů je na prvním místě spokojenost zákazníka a to vše za velmi dobrou cenu. S Eldarem jezdím jak po městě, tak i mimo město a to i delší trasy. Jako bonus je zde aplikace Eldar taxi pro telefony jak s Androidem, tak iOS, přes kterou lze objednat, zvolit některé parametry jako napr. platbu kartou, vůz typu kombi nebo třeba převoz zvířete a mnoho dalšího. Aplaikce Vás informuje o čase příjezdu, výjmečně o zpoždění a jeho důvodu, můžete sledovat vůz, dále pak zkontrolovat dobu nástupu, ujetou vzdálenost. Vidíte vždy jaký vůz přijede, SPZ, jméno řidiče.
