★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Datart Pelhřimov, 1.7.2021. Dnešní zkušenost je dost otřesná!!! Objednal jsem si na internetu a hned zaplatil zboží. Očekával bych tedy, že zboží bude připravené a já si ho jen vyzvednu a odejdu. Skutečnost? Zboží nebylo připravené a prodavač ho hledal na prodejně, kde ho nemohl najít a ptal se mě, jaké zboží je vlastně na objednávce! Dále místo objednaných baterek mi dal jiné. A završil to tím, že když jsem u vysavače Miele nechtěl prodlouženou 5-ti letou záruku, tak se mi jí snažil všemožně vnutit a byl dost neodbytný. Poslední kapkou pak bylo, když mi sdělil, že Miele už není co bývalo. Jako co má toto znamenat? Sem už opravdu NIKDY!
Datart Pelhřimov, 1.7.2021. Today's experience is quite appalling !!! I ordered online and paid for the goods immediately. So I would expect the goods to be ready and I'll just pick it up and leave. Reality? The goods were not ready and the seller was looking for them in the store where he could not find them and asked me what goods are actually on the order! He also gave me another one instead of the ordered flashlights. And he ended it by saying that when I didn't want an extended 5-year warranty on the Miele vacuum cleaner, he tried to force it on me in every possible way and was quite relentless. The last straw was when he told me that Miele was not what it used to be. What does this mean? I'm really NEVER here!
