Pán přijel, provedl diagnostiku, vzal si zálohu, přes den sehnal nový termostat a večer po osmé přijel a namontoval a boiler funguje. Vytisknul mi paragon. Docela oběť. Cena je vysoká, ale je šikovnej tak ať se má dobře ;-) Je to profík. Jeho služby znovu využiji. Ariston is the only one that manages the brand of boiler. The master arrived, performed diagnostics, took a deposit, got a new thermostat during the day, and in the evening after eight he arrived and installed and the boiler works. He printed my receipt. Quite a victim. The price is high, but it's handy, so be well ;-) He's a pro. I will use his services again.

Vždy přijel včas dle domluvy a jednání s ním je zcela profesionální. Great experience! We can warmly recommend Mr. Jen. He has helped us twice with a defective boiler. He always arrived on time according to the agreement and dealing with him is completely professional.

Po "šťastném" vyhledání a kontaktu byl domluven termín - a věc v dnešní době zdaleka ne obvyklá - byl také téměř "na minutu" dodržen! Rychlá a čistá práce, výborná komunikace, vysvětlení a zodpovězení všech zvídavých dotazů! Takto si představuji přístup technika 21. století!!! After a "happy" search and contact the term was agreed - and the thing is far from usual nowadays - it was also kept almost "per minute"! Fast and clean work, excellent communication, explanation and answering all inquiring questions! This is how I imagine the 21st century technique approach !!! I	Iva Podhorska on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Po týdnu a půl čekání na slíbenou reakci od pana Jenky, že se podívá na plán bytu a navrhne termín práce, jsem se dověděla, že mě jako zákazníkovi žádný termín (v rozmezí následujících 3 týdnů) nedá a že si můžu "počkat". Za mne neprofesionální jednání, bez respektu k plánování a potřebám zákazníka. After a week and a half of waiting for the promised reaction from Mr. Jenka that he would look at the apartment plan and suggest a date of work, I learned that as a customer there would be no date (within the next 3 weeks) and that I could "wait". For me, unprofessional behavior, without respect for planning and customer needs.

At 20:30 he sent a rude message complaining that there was nowhere to park, said we should have told him this upfront and that if he comes the day after that we have to save a parking spot for him. First of all, how could we know he would be 2.5 hours late?! Secondly, his business is based in Prague 2, we are in Prague 3, he must be aware of how the parking is (also, we have never had an issue with other services). I only wish I had read the other reviews before ordering his service - some seriously weird interactions including him threatening to post SMS message chains on his website?!
