★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kola pujcuje primo info centrum NB. Pani velice mila a ochotna po telefonu. Nevyhodou a to nemalou je, ze se kola musi zamluvit 24 hodin dopredu, protoze se musi nabit a nedaji se pujcit ani vratit o nedeli a o svatcich. coz je pro turisty docela zasadni tema :-)... cena uplne bomba: 250/ den, 150/ den duchodci. Super zamer mesta, jen lehce nedotazen, proto jen 3 hvezdy. Skoda...
Kola lends directly to the NB info center. The lady was very nice and willing on the phone. The disadvantage, and not a big one, is that the bikes have to be booked 24 hours in advance, because they have to be charged and they cannot be borrowed or returned on Sundays and holidays. which is quite a crucial theme for tourists: -) ... price full bomb: 250 / day, 150 / day retirees. Super focus of the city, only slightly unexpected, so only 3 stars. Damage...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Půjčovna elekrokol v info centru v Nové Bystřici má fantastickou zaměstnankyni, která je velice ochotná a laskavá.Vše ohledně kol i tras po okolí vysvětlí s úsměvem.Rádi znovu přijedeme.
The e-bike rental in the info center in Nová Bystřice has a fantastic staff member who is very helpful and kind. She will explain everything about bikes and routes around with a smile. We will be happy to come again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Byla to super služba, lidi v informačním středisku byli pokaždé moc fajn, vůbec nechápu, proč to bylo zrušeno nějakým krajským rozhodnutím. Hodně nepříjemný překvapení.
It was a great service, the people in the information center were always very nice, I do not understand why it was canceled by some regional decision. Very unpleasant surprise.
