I have mixed impressions .... The offer of appliances, electronics and other goods is varied. Those who like to break up will also choose those who don't like a lot of money. But the staff didn't feel good to me, I wanted to leave. The three ladies were dealing with my order, it took them a long time, they couldn't agree on how they were actually doing. The blonde with the big background looked like I thought she had to be at work. I only bought a refrigerator, despite furnishing an empty apartment. It's Sunday, maybe that's it.

After buying a brand new phone, I went to return it because it had a scratch on the foil, which is not common with new phones. I asked the salesmen. whether they accidentally gave me the product exposed by mistake and whether it is possible to replace it. Mr. "Dave" and a phone representative began to raise their voices at me, repeatedly saying, "And how can this be a product, you see a sticker, don't you?" or "why should we cheat on you at all" and best of all: "Look, you either want the cell phone or you don't." I had to remind them at all times that I did not intend to accuse them of fraud, but simply to leave with a new mobile phone that was purchased at the right price. Especially it was very difficult to have any conversation with the salesman "Dave", because he constantly had a need to exacerbate the situation. The representative was reluctant and apparently did not want to resolve the situation. Unfortunately, even after the young saleswoman entered the argument (for which I am sincerely grateful, because, unlike her unpleasant colleagues, she was very helpful and able to calm Mr. "Dave"), we had to have a half-hour debate again. In the end, the salesmen calmed down and we agreed that the foil would be removed to see if the external damage had affected the mobile phone, and if there was a defect on the part of the manufacturers in the next two weeks, I would return the product immediately. So we came to this solution only after an hour of unpleasant confrontation between the salesman, even though we could reduce this to ten minutes. If salespeople read this: I understand that you often face annoying customers, so you need to be so defensive, but in my case it was completely wrong. Not every complaint is an automatic attack on you, I came to the store with the fact that the foil was scratched and I wanted to solve this situation and not blame you, there was no need to start with me like this. The experience with this branch was very unpleasant for me and unfortunately I do not recommend it.
