★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tekla nám myčka. Přišel naprosto arogantní pan opravář, a po krátkém prohlédnutí myčky řekl že máme špatný tablety, nebo že myčka je nakřivo. Nebyl vůbec jistý jestli je nějaký problém. Na faktuře napsal, že výrobek je funkční bez žádných vad. Za práci vzal 500 korun a 300 za dopravu. Samozřejmě problém nevyřešil, ale hezky se pan usmál, že “případ byl jednoduchý”. Po návštěvě opraváře myčka tekla ještě vic, a to i z druhé strany. Kontaktovali jsme jiného opraváře (samozřejmě z jiné společnosti), poradil nám po telefonu a opravili jsme problém sami. Určitě nedoporučuji tuto společnost. Nevím jméno pana opraváře, ale na faktuře je uveden pan Borůvka. Kdyby bylo možný, dám 0 z 5 hvězd.

He wasn't at all sure if there was a problem. He wrote on the invoice that the product is functional without any defects. He took 500 crowns for his work and 300 for transport. Of course, he didn't solve the problem, but Mr. smiled nicely that "the case was simple". After the visit of the repairman, the dishwasher flowed even more, even from the other side. We contacted another repairman (of course from another company), advised us over the phone and we fixed the problem ourselves. I definitely do not recommend this company. I do not know the name of the repairman, but the invoice states Mr. Borůvka. If possible, I would give 0 out of 5 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na opravu myčky, která signalizovala chybu na nedostatek vody v myčce jsme zavolali opraváře, který místo toho aby přišel na závadu myčky, říkal ať se nedivíme, že myčka nefunguje protože je to Mora z Číny poté se podíval na štítky ostatních spotřebičů aby se ujistil, že jsou taky z Číny, a že nám přestanou zachvili taky fungovat.
Na závadu samozřejmě nepřišel, a řekl že nejspíš bude problém v elektronice, která bude stát 4000, a to už se prý nevyplatí opravovat.
Vzal si peníze za "práci" a dopravu, a odjel.
Kdo chce ušetřit peníze a nervy, tak tomuto opraváři se vyhněte.
