L	L Nguyen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rozhodně nedoporučuji. Nefungoval proud. A když mladí pánové přišli, hledali závadu nejdříve 3 hodiny, když na nic nepřišli, hledali ještě další 2 hodiny. Celkem po 5 hodinách hledání závady nic nenašli a přesto si účtovali 2800 kč a řekli, že je potřeba udělat nový rozvod, že pravděpodobně někde ve zdi je přerušený obvod a že nový bude stát 35 000. Tak jsem na to kývl. Jenže on pan Mikulaštík poté celý týden přestal odpovídat a už ani nepřišel. Až když jsem se mu volal z jiného čísla, tak to zvedl a řekl mi, že se omlouvá za nedodržené sliby, že si uvědomil, že tu práci nezvládne a že mi dá kompenzaci polovinu z těch 2800, co jsem jim původně platil za nic. Na tu kompenzaci už čekám 2 týdny, neodpovídá. Lhali a není na ně spoleh, podle mého názoru neschopní, jakmile se jedná o nějaký závažný problém. Malé drobné opravy možná zvládnou, ale více od nich nečekejte. LN Definitely not recommended. The power didn't work. It wasn't until I called him from another number that he picked it up and told me that he apologized for his broken promises, that he realized he couldn't do the job, and that he would compensate half of the 2,800 I originally paid for nothing. I've been waiting for that compensation for 2 weeks, she's not responding. They lied and do not rely on them, in my opinion unable to do so when it comes to a serious problem. Small minor repairs may work, but don't expect more from them. LN
K	Kanstantin Kaparykha on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dobrý den, kolegu nedoporučuji. Bylo potřeba opravit zásuvku potom, co malá tam strčila kabel od sluchátek. Po ověření zásuvku bylo mi řečeno, že zásuvka je v pořádku, ale problém je s hlavním jističem. Opravu hlavního jističe nebyl schopen provést (dodavatel PRE). Dostal zaplaceno. Dále jsem opravil hlavní jistič od PRE technika, ale zásuvka stále nefungovala. Na prosbu se zastavit po pracovní době (během dne jsem v práci) a dokončit opravu zásuvky bylo mi řečeno, že opravu on zajistil a že je to jeho dobrá vůle se zastavit na další prohlídku zadarmo. Po měsíci komunikaci, kdy už jsme měli dohodnuty termín, napsal že po pracovní době nemůže. Nechtěl jsem dále pokračovat v komunikaci. Zásuvka nebyla opravena. I also repaired the main circuit breaker from PRE technician, but the socket still did not work. At the request to stop after work (during the day I am at work) and complete the repair of the socket, I was told that the repair he had provided and that it was his good will to stop for another free inspection. After a month of communication, when we had already agreed on a date, he wrote that after working hours he can not. I did not want to continue communication. The socket has not been repaired.
