★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dobrý den, upozorňuji na manželku majitele - pozor. Nikdy s ní nic neřešte - je to maximálně arogantní, neprofesionální osoba, která by rozhodně neměla nic řešit s lidmi. Při pouhém dotazu na stav objednávky mne stačila urážet a zavěsila telefón. Pak volala zpět, že vypadl signál.... ? Opakem je pan Ivičič, nebýt jeho, zrušili jsme objednávku a nikdy více. Ta nakonec dorazila v pořádku.
 Hello, I would like to draw your attention to the owner's wife - be careful. Never deal with it - she is a most arrogant, unprofessional person who should definitely not deal with people. Just asking about the status of the order, she just insulted me and hung up the phone. Then she called back that the signal went out .... ? The opposite is Mr. Ivičič, if not for him, we canceled the order and never again. She finally arrived safely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Příšerná ochota majitele a hlavně personálu. Nechápu jak v dnešní době může někdo přistupovat s takovou neochotou a arogancí. Ještě, že je v Mikulově více prodejen s elektronikou, kde mají příjemný a kvalifikovaný personál. Toto byla moje poslední návštěva.
Terrible willingness of the owner and especially the staff. I do not understand how anyone today can approach with such reluctance and arrogance. Also, there are more electronics stores in Mikulov, where they have a pleasant and qualified staff. This was my last visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dobré parkování, velký výběr zboží. Arogantní mužský personál. Pokud je to i majitel v jedné osobně, je to velice smutné. Chlape uvědom se! Nejsi majitel butiku na Pařížské, ale provozuješ útulné elektro na maloměstě! Tak se tak chovej a uvidíš, že bude chodit daleko víc lidí.
Good parking, large selection of goods. Arrogant male staff. If it's even the owner in one personally, it's very sad. Man, realize! You are not the owner of a boutique in Pařížská, but you run a cozy electro in a small town! So act like that and you will see that there will be far more people walking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad shop. Newer buy again here. They sent me wrong bulb. When I'm contact to support, they say : We're sent correct bulb. But this is not true. They not give me any solution. Just not answered .
So now I don't have bulb what I ordered, and don't have my money. Not recommend this shop!!!
