★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tady ráda nakupuji. Jsou ochotní, doporučí, objednají a přivezou v domluveném čase. Myčku zapojili, lednici starou odvezli a hlavně reklamaci vyřídili bez řečí.
I like shopping here. They are willing, recommended, ordered and delivered at the agreed time. They connected the dishwasher, took the old fridge away and, most importantly, handled complaints without any words.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vtomto obchodě jsem vždy nakoupila dobře,do doby kdy jsem koupila kombinovaný sporák a připlatila jsem si prodlouženou záruku o 2 roky,při koupi neupozornili na to že musím záruku registrovat na webu.Po třech letech sporák zlobí a záruku neuznali kvůli registraci. Takže jsem přišla o dva roky.Na prodejně mě bylo řečeno že je to na dveřích prodejny napsáno .Zažádala jsem si o penize zpátky. Už to nikdy neudělám a pochybuji že ještě něco koupím. Přišlo mi to jako nefér jednání!!!!
I always bought well in this shop, until I bought a combined stove and paid extra for an extended warranty of 2 years, when buying they did not point out that I have to register the warranty on the website. So I lost two years. I was told at the store that it was written on the door of the store. I asked for my money back. I will never do it again and I doubt I will buy anything else. It seemed to me like an unfair deal !!!!
