★ ★ ★ ★ ★ V tomto roce jsem obchod navštívil cca 5-6x, a byl jsem pokaždé spokojen s rychlou obsluhou i nabízeným sortimentem. Po zavření přilehlé prodejny s el.materialem jsem se obával zůžení škály produktů,ale co jsem měl v úmyslu zakoupit, toho se mi dostalo zde a bez omezení.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bohužel velice neochotný prodejce, který odmítl přijmout zákonnou reklamaci, až po našem telefonu výrobci televizoru na naše naléhání televizor k reklamaci poslal. Celkově neochotné chování při všech reklamacích s pocitem, jako že je jako obtěžujeme, a že za závadu si můžeme jen sami. Při prodeji zboží, nám však bylo sděleno (konkrétně televizor ORAVA) že je to dobrá značka a že je to málo peněz za dobrý televizor. Při první reklamaci, už říkali co jsme čekali, když si koupíme televizi za 7.000,-- Kč. Další reklamaci už nechtěli ani přijmout. S televizí nás vyhodili, a přijali, až když jsme zavolali na linku servisu ORAVA, kde s reklamací dle těchto podmínek neměli problém.

We were fired with the TV and only received when we called the ORAVA service line, where they had no problem with the complaint under these conditions.
