★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mám špatnou zkušenost s touto firmou. Nechal jsem si zpracovat nabídku na koupi a montáž klimatizace (celková cena 69.000 Kč bez DPH) v únoru 2018. Měli jsme slíbenou montáž do konce dubna 2018. Technik p. Bartošík neustále posunoval návštěvu místa realizace, abychom si upřenili technickou stránku montáže. Nakonec jsme se po 3 marných pokusech (ze strany ElektroUH) konečně sešli a dohodli termín realizace na 2. května 2018. Dnes mi přišla emailem nabídka. Ani mi nevadí, že byla nakonec o 10.000 Kč vyšší. Spíš mi vadí, že zrušili termín realizace a navíc mi oznámili, že toho mají už teď moc a nemůžou mi dát jiný termín, který by dodrželi. V závěru emailu mi p. Bartošík doporučil, abychom si raději vybrali jinou firmu. Totéž já dopuručuji i vám :)
Obrátil jsem se tedy na majitele firmy p. Zajíce. Ten neměl zájem to vyřešit.
Ještě bych dodal, že p. Bartošík dobře věděl, že kvůli termínu realizace jsme museli nechat zavřít provozovnu - kavárnu a dali jsme volno zaměstnancům. Což jsou finanční ztráty, které nám nikdo nenahradí. Navíc se teď v sezóně těžko shání náhradní zhotovitel. Všichni už mají termíny plné :(
 I have a bad experience with this company. I had an offer prepared for the purchase and installation of air conditioning (total price 69,000 CZK without VAT) in February 2018. We had the promised installation until the end of April 2018. Technician Mr. Bartošík constantly postponed the visit to the site to focus on the technical side of installation. Finally, after 3 futile attempts (by ElektroUH), we finally met and agreed on a deadline for implementation on May 2, 2018. Today I received an offer by email. I don't even mind that it was CZK 10,000 higher in the end. I am more annoyed that they have canceled the implementation deadline and, in addition, they have informed me that they already have a lot to do and cannot give me another deadline that they would meet. At the end of the email, Mr. Bartošík recommended that we choose another company. I recommend the same to you :)
So I turned to the owner of the company, Mr. Zajíc. He wasn't interested in solving it.
I would also like to add that Mr. Bartošík knew very well that due to the implementation date we had to have the establishment closed - a café and we gave the employees time off. Which are financial losses that no one will compensate us. In addition, it is difficult to find a replacement contractor this season. Everyone already has full dates :(
