Š	Šárka Dubská on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rozhodne nedoporucuji. Vracela jsem zbozi v ramci odstoupeni od smlouvy a odecetli me castku za sluchatka prestoze byly v puvodnim baleni. Pry z hygienických duvodu. A to o i presto ze jsem jim psala ze jsem je ani nevybalila. Pak jiz prestali se mnou komunikovat. Definitely not recommended. I returned the goods as part of the withdrawal from the contract and deducted me for the headphones even though they were in the original packaging. Pry for hygienic reasons. And even though I wrote to them, I didn't even unpack them. Then they stopped communicate with me.

Peníze zpět v případě vrácení zboží už neuvidíte!!!Dodání v pořádku a následují vrácení zboží obratem, vzhledem k vyšší váze ručního vysavače, dopadlo tragikomicky. Zboží nafotilipoškozené, špinavé a ještě nesouhlasila ani barva. Na to nejste připraveni, ale pan majitel dokonale ! Zboží jsme částečně ani nevybalili, natož abychom ho vrátili poškozné. Nemáte žádné možnosti obrany. Neskutečné a naprosto zlodějské. Vrátili o 1700kč méně a už nikdy! ATTENTION, I warn all buyers !!! You will not see the money back in case of returning the goods !!! The goods were damaged, dirty and the color did not match. You are not ready for that, but the owner is perfect! We did not even unpack the goods in part, let alone return them damaged. You have no defense options. Unreal and utterly thieving. They returned 1700 CZK less and never again!

Zboží mi bylo doručeno již poškozené - jak je zde již uvedeno, na reklamace nemáte šanci se dovolat, proste neexistuje žádný kontakt - na obchodím oddělení mi poradili ať jim zboží zašli zpět jako odstoupení od kupní smlouvy. Provedl jsem, zaplatil poměrně drahou přepravu - u zboží vážící kolem 40KG se nedá nic moc dělat. Při vyřízení jsem se nestačil divit. Prodejní ceny mi byla vrácena cca polovina, zbytek si odečetli jako kompenzaci za poškození produktu. No horší nákup jsem udělat nemohl, nemám produkt a ani cca 4.000,- Kč o které mě připravili. Pokoušel jsem se řešit i s ČOI - prý se u tohoto prodejce jedná o běžnou praxi, tak si na ně dávejte pozor, ať nedopadnete jako já. I definitely do not recommend buying from this seller. The goods were delivered to me already damaged - as already mentioned here, you have no chance to make a complaint, there is simply no contact - the sales department advised me to return the goods to them as a withdrawal from the purchase agreement. I did, paid for a relatively expensive transport - there is not much to do with goods weighing around 40KG. I wasn't surprised when I was done. About half of the sales price was returned to me, the rest was deducted as compensation for damage to the product. Well, I couldn't make a worse purchase, I don't have a product and not even about 4,000 CZK for which they deprived me. I also tried to deal with the CTIA - it is said that this seller is a common practice, so be careful not to end up like me.

V srpnu 2021 jsem u firmy Elektrochrám zakoupila a zaplatila chladničku KOMBI BEKO za 9 890 Kč.Do dnešního dne nemám ani peníze ani lednici, kterou jsem nikdy neviděla.Pan podnikatel Chroustovský zaslal lednici přepravou, která nebyla schopna lednici vyložit sama z auta, natož dopravit k prvním dveřím.Dopravce nevybaven ničím, čekal pomoc od ženy,která s ním má tahat zboží.Firma avizovala dopravu zdarma, ale nikde nebylo uvedeno ani náznakem ,že si budu muset své zboží vyložit i z auta.Lednici jsem tudíž ani neviděla a ihned jsem odstoupila od smlouvy, na což mám podle zákona 14 dní.Při komunikaci s touto firmou,která probíhá pouze emailem,jsem se nemohla domluvit na vrácení svých peněz.Kontaktovala jsem i Českou obchodní inspekci, a jak je vidět ,ani ta s panem podnikatelem nehne.Nikdy bych si neobjednala zboží u firmy, kde bych věděla že si ho budu muset sama vyložit a odnést k domu!! Argumentace, že jsem si toto měla připlatit je nemístná.Kdybych na toto byla upozorněna dopředu , nikdy bych si od takovéto nesolidní firmy nic neobjednala !! Nedoporučuji a každého varuji před touto firmou.Pokud na svém webu udělali nějaké změny, tak až po konfliktu s mou osobou.Velmi nesolidní prodejce. The argument that I should have paid extra for this is out of place. If I had been notified of this in advance, I would never have ordered anything from such an unreliable company !! I do not recommend and warn everyone about this company. If they made any changes on their website, then only after a conflict with my person. Very unreliable seller.

I called and asked what are my rights, to which they said i can return or request a new one. I don’t have a car so i asked if i can send the faulty one by post, to which they said i can, and that i will be fully reimbursed for the expenses. One week later, i received a new board. This time it was ok, but i never received a confirmation of my complaints or its substitution. Moreover, i requested the reimbursement for the post costs. Mind you, being an ironing board the prices are different due to the shape. I sent them a picture of the bill, but they reimbursed only 1/3 saying that that’s by law the min i would pay. That’s absolutely not true, since due to the special shape of the ironing board, the post has a min charge which is way higher than what they reimbursed. Funny thing, at this point i paid for the ironing board as if it wasn’t on sale. Shameful business really
