J	Jarmila Faltýnková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minulý čtvrtek mi jeden záruční servis provedl opravu kompletně nefungující pračky (prý odešlo topné těleso). Po pěti praních se závada projevila znovu. Tentokrát mi centrála Electroluxu poslala technika z Elektroservisu Živěla. Přijel perfektně připravený a již vybavený potřebným náhradním dílem, takže jsem nemusela čekat další týden jako poprvé. Čeho si ale cením naprosto nejvíc je fakt, že se nespokojil s pouhou opětovnou výměnou dílu, jehož poruchu znovu hlásila diagnostika, ale „cosi se mu nezdálo“, jak sám řekl, a proto všechno stále testoval znovu a znovu, až přišel na to, že za nefunkčnost nemůže vadné ohřívací těleso, nýbrž zoxidované kontakty v elektronice pračky… Všechno mi vysvětlil, upozornil na riziko, které přináší přetečení pračky při vyšší dávce pracího prostředku (ano, pračka mi přetekla, protože jsem na praní deky přes manželskou postel přidala o půl vršku gelu na jemné prádlo víc – koho by to napadlo!) a již dopředu naznačil, jak by se postupovalo, pokud by se porucha znovu projevila (musela by se vyměnit celá elektronika). TAK PŘESNĚ TAK SI PŘEDSTAVUJI PRÁCI ŠIKOVNÉHO PROFESIONÁLA :-). Děkuji! Last Thursday, one warranty service repaired a completely faulty washing machine (apparently left the heater). After five washes, the fault reappeared. This time the Electrolux headquarters sent me a technician from Elektroservis Zivela. He arrived perfectly prepared and already equipped with the necessary spare part, so I didn't have to wait the next week like the first time. But what I appreciate most is the fact that he was not content with merely replacing a work that was diagnosed with diagnosis again, but "he didn't feel like it", as he said, so he still tested everything again and again when he found out that the faulty heating element cannot defect, but the oxidized contacts in the washing machine electronics… He explained everything to me, he pointed out the risk of overflowing the washing machine at a higher dose of detergent (yes, the washing machine overflowed because I added a half-bed to the blanket over the bed) the top of the delicate gel more - who would have thought of it!) and already indicated in advance how this would be done if the failure had re-manifested itself (the entire electronics would have to be replaced). HOW TO PRESENTLY EXPRESS THE WORKSHIP OF WORKING PROFESSIONALS :-). Thank you!

Service ok, prices I would expect lower, but the coffee maker cleaned and it is in the end priceless ? Point down for access / communication and absence of card payment.
