Pani na lince mi rekla , ze mi budete uctovat 1000,- za marny vyjezd, je pry nutne rusit 24h predem. Ze to mate v obchodnich podminkach, ktere jsou povesene na webu, Tam je napsano, ze cena za marny vyjezd je v ceniku . Na webu není ceník, ten je pry vyvesen v sidle spolecnosti, rekne ho operator a nebo technik. Prijde mi to dosti neprofesionalni. Mel by na to upozornit clovek na dispecinku ktery sjednava termin na opravu. A hlavne, pokud ma technik vyjet v 16h, ja to zrusim v 10h, jaky tedy vyjezd, nehlede na to ze to ke me je 15km...
