★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naprosto špičková prodejna osvětlení a nejen toho. Asi se specializují spíše na firmy ale ikdyž sem měl nákup za pár korun, pán na pokladně mi vždy skvěle poradil a pomohl. Doporučuji :)
 Absolutely top lighting store and more. They probably specialize more in companies, but even though I had a purchase here for a few crowns, the gentleman at the box office always gave me great advice and help. I recommend :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O zákazníky má teď větší zájem každý, ale tady vás hýčkají a pohladí po duši! A to i když koupíte i nějakou maličkost. Opravdu se tam rád vracím!
Everyone is more interested in customers now, but here they pamper you and caress your soul! And even if you buy a small thing. I'm really happy to go back there!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pokud někdo hledá světla, ale i zásuvky, spínače a další podobný materiál, kdy zároveň potřebuje i poradit, určitě bych zkusil tohle místo před obchodním domem..
If someone is looking for lights, but also sockets, switches and other similar material, when they also need advice, I would definitely try this place in front of the department store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dnešní návštěva v Eliheru Pardubice, byla první a poslední. Nehodnotím výrobky, nýbrž lidský faktor. Vešla jsem dovnitř a slušně se zeptala, zda nemají nějaké katalogy. Paní (slečna) se na mě podívala, jako kdyby nevěděla, co je to katalog a ptala se jako na co….tak jsem odpověděla, ze budeme stavět 2 domy a rádi bychom se podívali na jejich sortiment. Opět podrazdene a vzpruzene nechapala a odvetila, no tak já vám teda ze zadu něco prinesu. Přišla, nesla 2 katalogy a říká, ale vezmu si od vás nějakou hotovost jako zálohu…..tak tím už mě dorazila a odešla jsem. To jako vážně??? Tak pokud nemaji volné katalogy, jako siko, maro a jiné takto specializované firmy, tak řeknu, omlouvám se, ale takto je nevedeme, nebo něco takového. Ale to jednání mě opravdu dostalo ?. A k tomu ta neochota k zákazníkovi, jako bych ji obtezovala. Bohužel, asi moje první negativní recenze, ale tato slečna reprezentující takto firmu si to zaslouží. ?♀️
Today's visit to Eliher Pardubice was the first and last. I do not evaluate the products, but the human factor. I went inside and politely asked if they had any catalogs. The lady (Miss) looked at me as if she didn't know what a catalog was and asked what it was for…. So I replied that we would build 2 houses and we would like to look at their range. Again, irritated and rebellious, she didn't understand and said, so I'll bring you something from behind. She came, she carried 2 catalogs and she says, but I'll take some cash from you as a deposit… ..so she came to me and I left. Are you serious??? So if they don't have free catalogs, like siko, maro and other companies like this, I'll say I'm sorry, but we don't keep them that way, or anything like that. But that action really got me ?. And the reluctance to the customer seems to bother her. Unfortunately, probably my first negative review, but this young lady representing such a company deserves it. ?♀️
