Plusy: - velký výběr sortimentu - možnost nařezání materiálu pro lepší přepravu (pouze pokosová pila) - příjemný personál Mínusy: - dlouhodobě neaktuální ceník na webu, ceny ve skutečnosti jsou téměř dvojnásobné. Odpověď od personálu, že ceny se často mění a je problém s webmasterem ? Myslím, že by bylo pro zákazníka lepší ceny neuvádět na webu vůbec (ikdyž možná je to záměr, tam uvádět 5 let staré ceny) - kvalita prodávaného zboží. Kupoval jsem nedávno dvě hoblované fošny 5m. Personál mi materiál přepůlil a pomohl naložit do auta. Když jsem však vykládal fošny z auta, tak jsem si všiml, že je jedna značně poničená, kaz na fotce měl cca 15cm Rozhodně tedy všem doporučuji si zboží prohlédnout ihned na místě a to důkladně. Očekával bych, že prodávaný materiál kontroluje personál a nesnaží se zákazníkovi vecpat poškozený materiál. Dle mého názoru tento prodejce není férový a pro mě zde nákup materiálu rozhodně skončil. I have shopped in this store three times and probably for the last time. Pros: - large selection of assortment - possibility of cutting material for better transport (miter saw only) - nice staff Cons: - Long-term outdated price list on the web, prices are in fact almost doubled. The answer from the staff that prices change often and is there a problem with the webmaster? I think it would be better for the customer not to list prices on the web at all (although it may be the intention to list 5 year old prices there) - quality of goods sold. I recently bought two planed 5m boards. The staff halved the material and helped me load it into the car. However, when I unloaded the boards from the car, I noticed that one of them is considerably damaged, the defect in the photo was about 15 cm, so I definitely recommend everyone to inspect the goods on the spot and thoroughly. I would expect that the material sold is inspected by staff and does not try to stuff the customer with damaged material. In my opinion, this seller is not fair and for me the purchase of material has definitely ended here.
