I have very good experience with EM3. From the architectural study, through the complete project to the actual construction, they were always willing, it was not a problem to make changes during the construction on site. The company's employees themselves worked absolutely professionally, efficiently and flawlessly. The deadlines we have agreed have been more or less met. I would choose EM3 again. It's as if you are dealing with close friends.

Maximum satisfaction not only with the construction, but also with the approach of the company's employees. One of the few companies that I would not be afraid to leave to order without constant supervision and I would be sure that the work will be done to the best of your conscience and possibilities. Always clean and tidy during implementation. The ability to improvise and "on the fly" to design the most effective solution. More such companies!

I would definitely choose the company EM3 Dřevostavby again and I can praise you as the company and you as the owner of the company, because we are still convinced that we have chosen the right - I consider the approach to us as a customer to be really perfect, including invoicing and all accompanying matters - all deadlines were met - in the first year of living in our wooden building, we are very pleasantly surprised by the quality of living, the air in the house is still OK, the house does not overheat and heats well. So overall great satisfaction, I wish you good luck with the work.

EM3 has perfectly embodied our vision of future housing. We were pleased with their diligence, meeting deadlines and inventive solutions to every detail. Both from a technical and aesthetic point of view. We appreciate the precise work of all their employees, especially we appreciate the perfect approach of Mr. Musil, an expert willing to listen to our wishes and do their best for our satisfaction. I wish there were more such companies!

I do not recommend. We needed a simple garden building. During the winter, we agreed on design and statics, then pricing and realization during the summer. After processing the structural analysis and design during the spring and paying about 20,000 CZK to this part, Mr. Musil stopped communicating with us. He once called us back after we reached his wife. He promised a prize, a static test facility, and a draft deadline, and he hasn't taken the phone from us ever since. We feel cheated because now we have to look for another supplier in the short term. We show his expensive design to other craftsmen and is too schematic for them, missing information and therefore unusable. Furthermore, we do not like the approach of failing to admit that it has no time, but instead postpones the term and does not communicate. Responding to the Node Response: All the time we're talking about summer. Did you know that you will find the term "summer will not be a problem" in summer. If it doesn't cost you more than an hour, I don't see why it comes up in half a year. I tried to call you in really different times during a few weeks, because you could never call you - morning, afternoon, evening. You see a few callers from the customer, during a few days and a week, and don't call back. Last Communion from Vas in March. Now it's August.

The company EM3 Dřevostavby implemented the reconstruction of the roof on our older family house (over-insulation insulation, battening and laying of tiles). Until now, when I look at the roof I smile, I remember that I had no better company on the construction site. The boys did not leave a single detail and went all out to meet me. Thank you once again!

Warning! Absolutely not recommended! We contacted EM3 before buying the land, as the architecture textbook teaches. We agreed to wait 4 months so that they could fully devote themselves to the project, even though we didn't like the long wait. We agreed because we liked the idea of ​​design and implementation from one company. CZK 45,000 and 6 months later and constantly begging for a consultation, we started creating something. Unfortunately, even after 10 months, we have nothing in hand, nor the promised complete study, and we were supposed to build that a long time ago. During this time, Mr. Musilová has never called us herself, she plays an architect, which she is not at all. Even after a few remarks that our car wouldn't fit in the designed garage, we just didn't fit in there, and we gave it dimensions, they found out for themselves how it should actually do it. The door in the bedroom was designed to a height of 165 cm ... Worst of all, she just didn't answer the phone at all, she didn't answer repeatedly for 3 weeks, we groped, they didn't know what to think about it, they were desperate. Then, as we urged things, the e-mail came with an increase in the construction budget by CZK 4 million, even though the budget was clearly accentuated from the beginning - all this happened before the crisis with materials and prices, which came in 2021. Without a single explanation, without phone call, without a bit of empathy. We lost a good negotiated mortgage because of EM3, because they did not provide a study not on time, but never ... We sold the house, we are and will be in an expensive lease, from which we have to move out, the money in the accounts is dominated by rising inflation. Basically, they left us without embarrassment even with 2 small children on the street. We have never seen our money back for a complete study. Unfortunately, we also know of other unfortunate people who are harmed and regret their wrong choice. If you want to stay in good health and not lose huge funds, definitely skip this construction company with 2 people.

We personally met the owners of the EM3 Wooden Building at the time we decided to build our house. We had good references to them and there was no reason to hesitate to find out that they were designers and at the same time a construction company. We aligned their ideas with our ideas and possibilities. The construction process was smooth, what was said and paid for. It's a bunch of young, hardworking and skilled people who understand their craft. we are glad that we went to the realization of our wooden building with EM3 Dřevostavby.
