★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice, helpful and friendly staff. Specially an Iranian lady who also knows perfect Czech. They try their best to help people. I've been to several embassies of several countries. In all other embassies they behave really bad and look at people in a bossy way. If you don't have only the smallest document they send you away and make you wait for another appointment but here they are the best, so helpful and respectful.
