★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velké zklamání oproti minulým létům... Slíbil opravu po telefonu, ale po tom se už neozval. Po 2 týdnech čekání jsem sehnal spolehlivého ochotného vodoinstalatéra.
Je slušnost a odpovědnost k zákazníkovi vysvětlit, omluvit proč neudělal slíbenou opravu.
Mám za to, že pan Průcha oproti minulým letům ( kdy byl spolehlivý, přesný ) nestojí o drobné ,, levné " zakázky. Jsem schopen se zavřenýma očima to přijmout, ale má to říct přímo a ne z pusy mít ,, těšínská jablíčka " a nechat čekat zákazníka a ani nekomunikovat !
 Big disappointment compared to previous years ... He promised to fix it over the phone, but he didn't call after that. After 2 weeks of waiting, I got a reliable, willing plumber.
It is polite and responsible to the customer to explain, to apologize for why he did not make the promised repair.
I think that Mr. Průcha, compared to previous years (when he was reliable, accurate) is not about small "cheap" contracts. I am able to accept it with my eyes closed, but he has to say it directly and not have "Těšín apples" out of his mouth and keep the customer waiting and not even communicate!
