 Perfect I wanted a post unfortunately I am not Ukrainian so I do not qualify without a stay if I should get 2400 CZK and Ukrainian 5000 CZK. Walk unnecessarily.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zavolala som a po malej chvíli ma prepojili na super milého a nápomocného pána z ÚP. Všetko čo som potrebovala mi vysvetlil a pomohol mi.
Vidím, že prevažné skúsenosti ľudí sú skôr negatívne, no ja som veľmi spokojná.
I called and after a while I was transferred to a super nice and helpful gentleman from ÚP. He explained everything I needed and helped me.
I see that people's predominant experiences are rather negative, but I am very satisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was there to apply for parental benefit, with very limited knowledge of Czech. An amazing employee helped me patiently with everything, step by step, speaking perfect English. Later he even went to the waiting room and addressed everyone who was there offering to help them if they have any doubts regarding the forms etc.
