Výborné tréninky, vždy dobře připravené. Viditelný posun po dvou měsících (úbytek tuku, nárůst kondice). Navíc skvělé trenérky. Doporučuji.
Excellent training, always well prepared. Visible shift after two months (fat loss, increase in fitness). Plus great trainers. I recommend.

Super místo s unikátním přístupem k cvičení. Žádné jiné ems studio nenabízí všestrannost cvičení a individuální přístup společně s balíčkem zdravé stravy co jsem dostal o tomu jako bonus si nemůžu vynachválit proto vřele doporučuji toto místo
Super place with a unique approach to exercise. No other ems studio offers the versatility of exercise and individual approach along with the package of healthy diet I got about it as a bonus I can not praise therefore I highly recommend this place

I always thought it was a fitness for lazy people but my friend asked me to come with her and to try. Trainer asked me about what do I wanna get from it and gave me a personal program. It was totally different from what my friend had so the personal approach was on the top. The feeling after is interesting and different then after a gym. I was surprised that my muscles got tough on touch immediately right after the training. English speaking team which is cool for me (I don't speak Czech) and you don't really need to take anything with you!You receive immediately clean outfit, towels , a bottle of water and a fruit! So I will start doing this as im curious about the result in a month.

That’s the greatest activity for a mom on mateřská !! 20 min of exercises + 10 min of relax can be tolerated by your toddler! No need to hire a nanny or ask your partner to look after, just take the baby with you, it’s allowed and welcomed! Is it effective? Well, I lost 16 kgs in 4 months exercising once a week and following healthy eating, now the challenge is to keep this and go on, there’s still a lot to be done. Highly recommend at least to try, you’ll love it!
