Sadly I had a terrible experience in this beautiful establishment because of the arrogance and incompetence of the girls working there. They just ruined our day. This place deserves better staff. Way better than that.

C	Chris Boatwright on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place was incredible. The staff was very friendly and one waitress spoke perfect English. She was able to explain how the card system worked which is that patrons have to put down a deposit of 50czks for a card that they then use at different machines holding around ten bottles of wines each (there were around possibly 8 machines). The amount and selection of wines is absolutely mind blowing. You can put as much money as you'd like on the card and use it for however many decilitres you'd like. Average price is around 30-45czks for one dl. Enoteka's system also allows patrons to sample as many wines as they'd like with a three button option for each bottle. One button is for tasting, and you play anywhere from 5 to 10 crowns to try the wine, and then one button is for 1dcl and one for 2 dcl. We also really enjoyed the maze like arrangement of the tables and stairs. In an almost Esher style design, different flights of stairs lead you to varying levels and secluded cozy areas to enjoy your wine drinking experience. All-in-all, a really great experience, highly recommended.

This cool and modern concept allows visitors to taste an impressively large variety of local wines (mostly whites) at very affordable prices. I really enjoyed my evening, having glasses of fine white wines (Czech reds are not good imho) with a breathtaking view...

There were 3 of them behind the bar, two continued to pretend they don’t see me and my friend even after being asked directly, the one that decided to speak to us, behaved like she had hundred other things she’d rather do than serving us. It was our first (and last lol) time there and the prepaid card system isn’t obvious, I asked f.ex. If the deposits or unused money will be returned to my card or in cash, she looked at me angrily and barked that ‘in cash, OBVIOUSLY’ (???). When entered we asked if there’re tables upstairs, we got a yes and went there, noticed empty table (1 of 3) with reservation for an hour before so we asked if perhaps this is a no show but waitress kept saying there are people there (weren’t but whatever if they went somewhere, why she told us we can find a table upstairs is 3/3 we’re taken?). Generally extremely rude and unpleasant, we decided to leave after it was impossible to learn how the card system works.
P	Paul Heller on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While not a new concept anymore, the wine fountain being introduced almost in all wine regions, what's unique here is that there are over 100 wines to choose from!! And almost all are from Czechia. They do have a guide that tells you what all the wines are to help yoy decide. You pay a deposit for the card and wine glass, which costs 150 CZK total, then you pay a credit for as much wine as you want (you get whatever you use back at the end, for whatever you didn't use). There are 4 options for each wine, 1dl, 3dl, glass or full bottle. You can of course buy a bottle after finding one you like. They also have coffee, meat and cheese plates available. Indoor outdoor seating. Great views overlooking the town. Staff was friendly enough. Highly recommend when visiting Znojmo and to try local wine.
