Many thanks to the entire ENT team from Havířov Hospital for the perfect professional and especially human approach to patients !! Especially to the doctor who, despite my reluctance, convinced me to be hospitalized !! Who knows how I would end up ?? The sisters have a lot of admiration and a big THANK YOU !! They are SUNFLOWERS! The food is very good but despite all these advantages and qualities, at home is at home what will we talk about?

I give one star for a nice and helpful doctor at the emergency room. But the older nurse should think a lot about her behavior towards patients… I had a problem that I was on standby with, I was told that if it came back, I should stop at any time and we would solve it. Unfortunately, it came back, so I took a pass at work and went there in the morning. There were about 3 people in the waiting room. The nurse came out, she was already uncomfortable with me when she handed over the documents. I explained to her why I was there, handed over the emergency paper (where it was written that if the problem came back I should happen) the nurse took it with her, then came back and started asking me in front of the waiting room for details about my problems. It didn't make much sense to me why my sister was asking me about it, and moreover in front of the whole waiting room - then she left and when she returned she told me that she wouldn't treat me, that they didn't have time for me now. When I asked her to wait longer, but that I had already reported my pass from work, she began to be arrogant, saying that she would simply not treat me today and that the pass was my problem. I was so upset that I preferred to go, but I was sick of it. People in healthcare should have an understanding and not treat patients arrogantly. I don't understand what the lady had a problem with, I understand that they can have a lot of it, but it can also be presented politely, to suggest something else… but this lady is unreal .. I then ordered to a white house, where they ordered me that day, they were nice, nothing was a problem. In short, something completely different. I definitely recommend going there, here you just lose time and nerves.

I was very pleasantly surprised for the great approach to the ENT emergency room at midnight, when my 4-year-old daughter needed treatment. Very amazing lady already at the reception, then nurse and doctor ENT, honey and thank you!
