 The above-standard modern Envelopa Office Center complex is a six-storey building with an office focus. The building is located on the modernly developing Cosmonauts Avenue, on which several development projects are currently underway (2021) and is thus becoming a modern artery of the city.

Je to moc hezky situovana budova v centru města Olomouce. Má šest nadpodlažních pater a tři podzemní patra kde jsou garáže i se stáním pro elektromobily. V budově se bude nacházet banka, kanceláře a restaurace. Je to nejmoderněji vybavena budova v Olomouci.

It is a very nicely situated building in the center of Olomouc. It has six above-ground floors and three underground floors where there are garages and parking for electric cars. The building will house a bank, offices and restaurants. It is a state-of-the-art building in Olomouc.

Nice place to sit, quiet to work. A very nice chef brought breakfast to the table.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Docela zklamání. Budova prezentována jako ultramoderní je ultramoderní snad jen v Olomouci, jinde je to proste standardni kancelářská budova. Kdyz jsem rano navstivil vychvalovanou restauraci Romana Pauluse, mel jsem pocit, ze jsem sice v novém prostoru, ale s neslanou nemastnou obsluhou a nabídkou snídaní, ktere v ničem nepřipomínají "moderni kuchyni a trendy". Tj, kdyz clovek navstivi bufet v RCO, bude mit asi podobny zážitek:)
Quite a disappointment. The building presented as ultramodern is perhaps ultramodern only in Olomouc, elsewhere it is simply a standard office building. When I visited Roman Paulus' acclaimed restaurant in the morning, I felt that I was in a new space, but with unsalted service and breakfast, which in no way resembles "modern cuisine and trends". That is, when a person visits a buffet in the RCO, he will probably have a similar experience :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Envelopa Office Center je aktuálně nejmodernější kancelářská budova v Olomouci. Veškěré prostory odpovídají nejvyšším mezinárodním standardům. Uprostřed budovy je velkoryse pojaté átrium se stylovým lustrem "Skleněná stuha" od Lasvitu. Na atrium navazuje špičkové Bistro Paulus, které mohu vřele doporučit... ;-)
Envelopa Office Center is currently the most modern office building in Olomouc. All premises meet the highest international standards. In the middle of the building is a generously conceived atrium with a stylish "Glass Ribbon" chandelier from Lasvit. The atrium is followed by the top Bistro Paulus, which I can highly recommend ... ;-)
