 This is a family business, a decent selection of jewelry and watches, including Swiss ones. I have always had a very good experience with sellers here, so I can recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Před měsícem jsem si dala opravit náušnice s tím, že zavolají, až bude oprava hotova. Doposud nic a na telefonu je stále hlasová schránka. Již se obávám, že jsem o svůj šperk přišla. Udělám poslední pokus a navštívím zlatnictví osobně, i když nejsem z Budějovic. Pak nezbývá, než se obrátit na ČOI.
A month ago, I had my earrings repaired and they would call when the repair was complete. Nothing yet and there is still a voicemail on the phone. I'm already afraid I lost my jewelry. I will make one last attempt and visit the goldsmith in person, even if I am not from Budějovice. Then it remains to contact the CTIA.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ V této prodejně jsem našla místo, kam se jako zákazník ráda vracím. Pan majitel (zřejmě) je vždy profesionální a vstřícný. Vše týkající se opravy vysvětlí, předem nabídne cenovou kalkulaci, drobné úkony provede zdarma. Nemám důvod hledat jinou provozovnu.
In this store I found a place where I like to return as a customer. The owner (apparently) is always professional and helpful. He explains everything related to the repair, offers a price calculation in advance, and performs small tasks free of charge. I have no reason to look for another establishment.
