★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Při jednání byla zaměstnankyně, se kterou jsme jednali, až skoro arogantní. Ještě nikdo nás nezačal přesvědčovat, že hypotéku nedostaneme hned při první schůzce. Nakonec slíbila, že se nám po jednání někdo ozve, ale nikdo se už nikdy neozval. Shodli jsme se, že na tuto pobočku už opravdu nezavítáme.
 During the meeting, the employee we were dealing with was almost arrogant. Nobody has ever begun to persuade us that we will not get the mortgage right at the first meeting. Eventually, she promised us that somebody would say, but no one ever called. We have agreed that we will not really be visiting this branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Byla jsem na pobočce v Šantovce Olomouc 19.3 2020 v 10,15. Potřebovala jsem radu. Měla jsem roušku i rukavice. Paní byla velmi arogantní a nepříjemná. Odcházela jsem velmi nepříjemně zaskočená a zmatená,nevěděla jsem co mám dělat. Bylo mi řečeno,běžte si to vyřídit jinam. Jsem rozhodnutá od této banky odejít a každého varovat před Equa bank.
I was at the branch in Šantovka Olomouc 19.3 2020 at 10.15. I needed some advice. I wore a veil and gloves. The lady was very arrogant and uncomfortable. I left very unpleasantly surprised and confused, I didn't know what to do. I was told, go get it somewhere else. I am determined to leave this bank and warn everyone about Equa bank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nejhorší pobočka v Olomouci. Arogantní, falešní rádoby "poradci" kde při výběru peněz se ptají: "na co to máte?". Ani debilní obálku na peníze nemají. Katastrofa.
The worst branch in Olomouc. Arrogant, fake would-be "advisers" where when withdrawing money they ask: "what do you have it for?". They don't even have a moron envelope for money. Catastrophe.
