За возмещением всегда обращались в офис на Uezd, очень рекомендую агента Ларису, говорит на русском, доброжелательна, всегда подскажет на все вопросы если возмещение не приходит она тоже всегда помогала. Советую всем покупать страховки на прямую у агента, контактировать вам все равно с агенством, (цена будет одинаковой) мы к сожалению купили у посредника который потом не мог дать ответы на некоторые вопросы. Po vyvrácení pojišťovna ve druhém vyjádření plnění opět zamítla, tentokráte se zdůvodněním, že jsem se o majetek řádně nestaral, žaluzie jsem před kroupami nevytáhl a případně mám mít instalovaný senzor. After the rebuttal, the insurance company again rejected the performance in the second statement, this time on the grounds that I did not take good care of the property, I did not pull out the blinds from the hail and possibly have a sensor installed.

Even there are one old lady in újezd branch speak very bad words to clients without any reason.
