★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prodejnu v OC Palladium jsme navštívili 29.10. se ženou, vše probíhalo normálně ..... prodavačky za pultem jsem se zeptal zda se mohu dotykat vystaveneho zboží ?? ta odpověděla : samozřejmě !! Náhle na nás začal pokřikovat prodavač, že na vystavené zboží se nesahá a není na hraní, velmi nepříjemným a pohrdavym tonem, který mě rozhořčil, pokud si chci pořídit sexuální pomůcku, jsem presvedcen, že samozřejmostí je zkoumani co pomucka dělá a jak se používá, ma zena je stydlivá a nektere pomůcky ji rozesmeji.Ovsem jednání Vašeho zaměstnance mě znechutilo natolik, ze si nejen nic nekoupím , ale o svou zkušenost se podělím.Obvykle nakupujeme v obchodě v Čestlicích, kde jsme naopak s obsluhou velice spokojeni a utratili jsme u Vás již nemale penize.Zadam o vyřešení problemu , jsem Vám k dispozici.Tento obchod rozhodne nedoporučuji.

However, the actions of your employee disgusted me so much that I not only do not buy anything, but share my experience. We usually shop in a store in Čestlice, where we are very satisfied with the service and we spent with you. I don't have any money. I will ask you to solve the problem, I am at your disposal. Velmi profesionální a mily prístup obsluhy ze me vyhnal pocity stydu a skvele mi doporučili tu správnou hračku pro me a mého partnera.
Určite príjdeme znovu a doporučujeme prodejnu všem.

I visited the store before Christmas holidays 2019 with a wish for a Christmas gift.
The very professional and friendly attitude of the operator made me feel ashamed and greatly recommended the right toy for me and my partner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ S partnerkou jsme navštívily 8.2. ve večerních hodinách tuto prodejnu a opravdu nás zklamalo chování pana prodavače. Jeho chování ROZHODNĚ nebylo profesionální. Při prohlížení jedné z pomůcek nás dost arogantním tónem okřikl, že to není na hraní. Když už si člověk chce něco takového koupit, potřebuje si to osahat, aby zjistil, jestli mu bude daný produkt vyhovovat. A ještě je všemu jak na tom (co se tyče funkčnosti a kvality) vlastně je.
Rozhodně se sem už nevrátíme a příště zvolíme konkurenci, protože takovéto jednání je nepřístojné a my to nehodláme podporovat.
My partner and I visited 8.2. in the evening this shop and we really disappointed the behavior of the salesman. His behavior was definitely not professional. Looking at one of the gadgets, he argued in a rather arrogant tone that it wasn't for playing. When you want to buy something like this, you need to touch it to see if the product is right for you. And it is all about how (in terms of functionality and quality) actually is.
Certainly we will not come back here and next time we choose the competition, because such behavior is inappropriate and we do not intend to support it.
