Very helpful staff, beautifully furnished shop for the little ones with everything you need and also have an e-shop. I really enjoyed the visit.

We bought a Gesslein stroller here, after a few months we fixed minor defects on the stroller by the second day. We are satisfied with the approach.

Upon arrival, the staff cannot open their mouths to salute and if you try nothing for the second time. Absolute lack of interest in the customer, either crawled in the warehouse or solving their belongings without the interest that anyone is in the shop at all. Since I was in the business so I would never employ such a saleswoman and would fly nowadays heavy mazec.

Great staff who know what the expectant mother needs. Thanks to the fact that it is the exclusive representation of Hauck, I got exactly the stroller that I searched for in Germany.

YOU MUST NOT ADVERTISE ANYTHING - when buying everything is absolutely fine, the saleswomen are perfect, nice, they will handle everything. For the first child, we bought everything from a pacifier to a carriage in this shop (only a carriage cost CZK 23,000). When I dared to complain about a torn foam handrail and a broken brake after a year and a half of using the carriage, my manager (who by the way, according to his grammar, could not finish even primary school) was told that I had intentionally torn my handrails completely blunt ...) and I probably rode the carriage sideways and rubbed the handrail against the wall. As for the brake, I allegedly carry a screwdriver for walks and intentionally break the brake (yes, I will definitely intentionally break the brake of the carriage under a steep hill with a screwdriver, which will remain braked and I have to push the raised carriage uphill only on the front wheels with 14-kilo child). "Notabene" I will interfere in such an expensive thing, which is under warranty ... In order not to offend the manager, I managed the brake for an hour. Oh yes. But so miserably that she broke up again the next day, and after his intervention, she did not release again after the first use. When I objected to his approach, he told me that he could also break the brake again, and then send it to the manufacturer (a really original solution to the situation). So the end = in this shop I will not even buy a duck in the bathtub. Terror and horror. If it weren't for the nice saleswomen, the gentleman would starve to death ...

Staff nice, but unfortunately not very trained about the products sold. Upon requesting a demonstration of the carriage being folded, the saleswoman had to go and see the instructions. Other information was also austere, but there was a willingness to look for it.

Smaller shop, but wide assortment. I just hated the exhaled air. Otherwise everything ok.

Ordered on Sunday, delivered on Wednesday morning, great. Pillow perfectly packed, invoice attached, everything clear in the e-shop, good prices, special prices, really wide selection and detailed product description. Great satisfaction for me, I highly recommend. Thumbs up!
