L	Lucie Kastnerová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dodani vyrobku bylo v poradku. Po roce mi kavovar zacal protekat. Odeslala jsem ho na reklamaci (svoz byl zdarma). Bohuzel jsem si spatne precetla obchodni podminky a zarucni doba u repasovanych kavovaru byla 2 roky pouze v pripade,ze bych kavovar posilala na sve naklady kazde 3 mesice na revizi. Dale uz se me nikdo nezeptal na pripadny postup a na pristroji byla provedena, bez meho souhlasu a odsouhlaseni nakladu, diagnostika. Prisel mi az mail k odsouhlaseni pozarucni opravy s tim, ze pokud s touto opravou nesouhlasim, musim zaplatit naklady na diagnostiku pristroje (666 Kc) a naklady na postovne. Nevim,jak slozita mohla byt diagnostika zavady na sparovaci jednotce, ale cena opravy by byla vyssi nez zakoupeni nove. Delivery of the product was in order. After a year, the café began to flow through. I sent it for a complaint (collection was free). Unfortunately, I misread the business conditions and the warranty period at the refurbished coffee shop was 2 years only if I send the coffee shop to my expenses every 3 months for revision. Furthermore, no one asked me about any procedure and the device was carried out, without my consent and approval of the load, diagnostics. I received an e-mail to agree to a post-warranty repair, but if I do not agree with this repair, I have to pay the costs for the diagnosis of the device (666 CZK) and the cost of postage. I do not know how complex the diagnostics could be on the brewing unit, but the cost of repairing would be higher than buying a new one.
h	hlava on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jiz delsi dobu zde kupuji kavu a naprosti bez problemu. Rychle doruceni, super ceny a doprava nad 500 zdarma. Nenasel jsem lepsi pomer cena/vykon :) a ani hledat nebudu. I have been buying coffee here for a long time and without any problems. Fast delivery, super prices and free shipping over 500. I did not find a better price / performance ratio :) and I will not even look.

Technik velmi ochotně pomohl po telefonu najít problém. Druhý den byl náhradní díl doma a po domácí opravě, opět po telefonu naprosto přesná navigace a rady se zprovozněním. Za mě mohu tuto firmu vřele doporučit. Absolutely professional approach and a huge willingness to help and especially patience. There is a problem with my coffee machine. The technician was very willing to help find the problem over the phone. The next day, the spare part was at home and after home repairs, again absolutely accurate navigation and advice on commissioning over the phone. I can highly recommend this company for me.
Z	Zaneta Moretti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bohužel jsme zakoupili repasovaný kávovar za poměrně vysokou cenu s tím, že budeme mít dva roky záruku, bohužel jsme si nepřečetli podmínku, že po prvním roce musíme přístroj posílat na pravidelnou údržbu co 3 měsíce ( domácí využití ). Za rok a půl jsme posílali 2x na opravu, po poslední opravě nám byl vrácen nefunkční, nesouhlasila jsem s cenou nabízenou za čistění. Neprofesionální a nekvalitní služby. Určitě nedoporučuji! Pokud víte o kávovaru jen to že umí připravit kávu , doporučuji tuto firmu . Určitě navštívím znovu . Professional approach of the owner and his colleagues. Willingness and helpfulness is a matter of course outside the opening hours. If you only know about the coffee machine that it can make coffee, I recommend this company. I will definitely visit again.
