Ak sa Vám podarí kúpiť si o číslo menšie oblečenie a zistíte to až po krátkom nosení (=1 HODINA) a po tom, ako ste odstrihli cenovku, je nevyhnutné CENOVKU ZNOVU PRIŠIŤ. Pani v obchode ani nezaváhala, a oblečenie aj s odstrihnutou cenovkou v druhej ruke naspäť NEZOBRALA. Ak by sme boli vedeli, cenovku prilepíme naspať a všetko je v poriadku.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dnes jsme navštívili prodejnu ve sterboholich,sháněl jsem nutně džíny, moje mi ruply ráno ??? venovala se nam slečna Anastasia, se vsim poradila, jsem náročný zákazník a nez si neco vezmu, musim si to třikrát zkusit ??Anastazia mela se mnou trpělivost, ochotně mi nosila stale dalsi a dalsi kalhoty, radila a nakonec i doporučila dziny, ktere mi nejlépe sedly . Kdyz uz jsme byli s přítelkyni u placeni, jeste jsme se zapovídali a z tohoto zapovidani byla ještě nakonec koupe krásného svetru. Opravdu profesionální jednání a zajem o zákazníka, jednoznačné 5 hvězdiček. Priste zas, jednoznačně vsem doporučují.

Dne 17.4. jsme byli zde nakupovat, vše bylo v pořádku až na to, že při placení využily prodavačky chvilku naší nepozornosti a odstranily outletovou cenovku, a namarkovaly cenu beze slevy. Přitom nás bylo několik a všichni viděli outletovou cenu před tím, než jsme se rozhodli pro koupi zboží. Toto je upozornění na nevhodné chování prodavaček, nikoliv nespokojenost se značkou jako takovou… bohužel musím udělit nejhorší hodnocení na základě zkušenosti.
Beware of fraud!
