Zákrok na zánětu očního víčka proběhl přesně v objednaném čase, profesionálně, rychle, odborně, lékařka mi během zákroku průběžně dávala instrukce, co bude následovat a co mám dělat, takže jsem byla klidná a se zákrokem plně spokojená. Jedinou výhradu bych měla k organizaci- byl mi sdělen termín a čas vytažení stehů po zákroku, ale bohužel mi sestra nezdůraznila, že probíhá na jiném místě- tedy ne v centru Estela, ale na očním oddělení polikliniky III- což mi zkomplikovalo situaci a protáhlo pobyt na poliklinice o 2 hodiny. I was satisfied with the Estela center, especially from a professional point of view. My problem was medical, indicated by an ophthalmologist, not aesthetic. The procedure for eyelid inflammation took place exactly at the ordered time, professionally, quickly, expertly, during the procedure the doctor continuously gave me instructions on what to follow and what to do, so I was calm and fully satisfied with the procedure. The only reservation I should have about the organization - I was told the date and time of pulling the stitches after the procedure, but unfortunately the nurse did not emphasize that it takes place elsewhere - not in the center of Estel, but in the eye department of Polyclinic III - at the polyclinic in 2 hours.

Úplně mi zmrvili obličej, na moji pleť zvolili špatný laser a po jejich laseru mám červené mapy na obličeji. Postavili se k tomu laxně a nehodlají to řešit. Údajně jim vše přijde v pořádku. I came to Estel a year and a quarter ago to remove the scars on my face. They completely crushed my face, they chose the wrong laser on my skin and I have red maps on my face after their laser. They have been lax about it and do not intend to deal with it. Allegedly, everything will be fine for them.
