Toto není lékařská ordinace, ale mašina na peníze. Lékařka má na vás vyhrazený čas cca 10minut. Po online zaregistrování vám přijde velmi dlouhý skoro výhrůžný email, co všechno nesmíte a musíte dělat a co oni nedělají. A vrcholem všechno je velmi, ale velmi nepříjemná sestra. Opravdu už tam nepůjdu a najdu si jiného lékaře. I completely agree with the reviews of Jiřina Petříková and Věra Mašková. It is necessary to walk for seconds - you will come earlier - it's wrong, you will come later - also wrong. This is not a doctor's office, but a money machine. The doctor has about 10 minutes set aside for you. After registering online, you will receive a very long, almost threatening email about what you must not and must do and what they are not doing. And the highlight of everything is a very but very unpleasant sister. I really won't go there and find another doctor.

Jelikož jsem měla s sebou v nosítku ročního syna, kterého mi neměl kdo pohlídat, tak mě paní doktorka odmítla ošetřit. Řekla, že mi musí dát náhradní termín, na který bych stejně hlídání neměla, tak na to konto mi odvětila, že v tom případě k ní chodit nemůžu a ať teda chodím jinam, někam kam mužů s dítětem, ze k ni rozhodně ne. Přitom kdybych objednala syna, tak tam stejně přijdeme oba dva, prostě ptákovina a za mě tohle není profesionálni přístup lékaře a nikde jsem se s tím nesetkala. Řekla bych, že to neni ani v souladu se zakonem, neposkytnout zdravotníi péči. Takže jsem s bolestmi opět odešla, zkažený celý den a a o kyselé sestře ani nemluvim. At the same time, if I ordered a son, we would both come there anyway, just a bird's eye view, and for me this is not a professional approach from a doctor, and I have not encountered it anywhere. I would say that it is not even in accordance with the law not to provide health care. So I left in pain again, spoiled all day and and I'm not even talking about a sour sister.
P	Poslední Návštěvník on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Skvělá paní doktorka, profesionální přístup, vše do podrobna vysvětlí a doporučí co je nejlepší, vždy ve všem ochotná. Některé pisatelky/pisatelé, co píší, že si odskočili k doktoru, nestíhají a že se na ně má čekat, by si měli uvědomit, že paní Žižková je také lékařka a má přesně naobjednané pacienty, a díky tomu se nám nestalo, že by jsme někdy čekali v čekárně, vždy jdeme rovnou a kdo chodí pozdě, má prostě smůlu. Právě díky rezervačnímu systému a tomu, že mohu přijít max. 5 min před termínem objednání, jsem nikdy nemusel v čekárně čekat. Čekárna je vždy naprosto prázdná a ne narvaná jako u jiných lékařů. Což mimo jiné chválím hlavně v dnešní COVID době. Personál i paní doktorka jsou super. Nikdy se mi nestalo, že by paní doktorka měla špatnou náladu, nebo mě nějak odbyla. Zrovna nedávno jsem byl v čekárně svědkem, jak přiletěla maminka o 20 min později a hned se hrnula ke dveřím ordinace jako velká voda. Chudák dítě za ní vlálo jako kus hadru. Sestra se jí snažila vysvětlit, že uvnitř ordinace je pacient, a další (já) čeká v čekárně. Matka dělala scény a nedokázala pochopit, že bude hold muset chvíli počkat. Raději jsem paní pustil před sebe, aby v čekárně nepopraskaly okna. Je možně, že to byla některá ze zde nespokojeně píšících maminek. Každý ať si z toho obrázek udělá sám. Jinak pokud umíte dámy číst, tak vše je perfektně a srozumitelně napsáno v provozním a návštěvním řádu, který se mimo jiné podepisuje při registraci. Za mě super ordinace, doktorka, prostředí - spokojenost. I do not understand the complainant ladies ☹. I go to the doctor regularly and I am completely satisfied. I had just witnessed my mother arrive 20 minutes later in the waiting room and immediately rushed to the office door like big water. The poor child fluttered behind her like a piece of rag. The nurse tried to explain to her that there was a patient inside the office, and another (me) was waiting in the waiting room. Her mother did scenes and couldn't understand that the tribute would have to wait a while. I'd rather let the lady in front of me so that the windows in the waiting room wouldn't crack. It is possible that it was one of the dissatisfied mothers writing here. Let everyone make a picture of it themselves. Otherwise, if you can read the ladies, then everything is perfectly and clearly written in the operating and visiting rules, which are, among other things, signed during registration. For me, a great surgery, a doctor, the environment - satisfaction.

Našla jsem si jiného lékaře s profesionálním přístupem a už nikdy na tuto kliniku nepůjdu. Komentáře na internetu mluví samy za sebe. Takže za mě nedoporučuji. I contacted this clinic several times, but no one contacted me at all. I found another doctor with a professional approach and I will never go to this clinic again.
