★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realitniho maklere, pana Pipka, rozhodne nedoporucuji. Bohuzel pan Pipek neni cestny. Nase zkusenost: pan Pipek lhal jak prodejci bytu, tak potencionalnimu kupci... z jakeho duvodu nechci predjimat, ale osobni obohaceni nelze vyloucit. Pan Pipek pro me predstavuje dno soucasneho realitniho sveta a upozornil nas na to, ze slusne jednani bohuzel neni samozrejmosti. Pri prvnim jednani pusobil seriozne, o to vice nas pak vsechny intriky zaskocily.
 I definitely do not recommend a real estate agent, Mr. Pipek. Unfortunately, Mr. Pipek is not a roadmaker. Our experience: Mr. Pipek lied to both the seller of the apartment and the potential buyer ... for what reason I do not want to anticipate, but personal enrichment can not be ruled out. For me, Mr. Pipek represents the bottom of today's real estate world and pointed out to us that, unfortunately, good behavior is not a matter of course. He acted seriously during the first meeting, and all the intrigues surprised us all the more.
