★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Od nainstalování se potkáme s problémy. Systém není plně kompatibilní se soustavou Junkers, kterou máme. Aby fungoval Etatherm, musely se potlačit některé funkce systému Junkers. Ovládání Etathermu je neintuitivní, návody/manuály nedostatečně. Často nelze připojit PC ke komunikační sběrnici (hlásí nenalezen port)= nelze změnit nastavení programů topení. Takže několikrát za rok voláme pro radu/asistenci technika...
NIKDY VÍCE.
 We have encountered problems since installation. The system is not fully compatible with the Junkers system we have. In order for Etatherm to work, some functions of the Junkers system had to be suppressed. Control of Etatherm is non-intuitive, instructions / manuals insufficient. It is often not possible to connect a PC to the communication bus (reports no port found) = it is not possible to change the settings of the heating programs. So several times a year we call a technician for advice / assistance ...
