★ ★ ★ ★ ★ nejhorsi dovolena v mem zivote jidlo nebylo al inclusive nebyl zachovan hotel ani ani podminky na tobogany .Puvodni hotel mel byt jen 15 min od letiste a nas odvezli cca 120km jinam proste hruza
 the worst holiday in my life was not al inclusive the hotel was not preserved or the conditions for water slides. The original hotel was only 15 minutes from the airport and they took us about 120km elsewhere just a horror

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pořídil jsem si od teto spolecnosti dovolenou na zaklade popisu uvedeneho na jejich strankach.
Po prijezdu vsak nasledovalo velke rozhorceni, kdy jsme zjistily ze jsme ubytovani ve zcela jinnem hotelu, misto Arina Sand v apartmanech naproti pres silnici jmenem ANNA(prectete si dukladne smlouvu kterou od eTravel obdrzite, aby me oklamaly napsaly do smlouvy oba hotely oddelene carkou a neverte nicemu co nemate pisemne).
I took a vacation from this company based on the description given on their website.
However, the arrival was followed by a great outrage when we found out that we were staying in a completely different hotel, instead of Arina Sand in the apartments across the road named ANNA (please read carefully the contract you receive from eTravel nothing you don't have in writing).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Přes e-Travel jsem si již po několikáté zakoupila zájezd a byla jsem vždy spokojena. Nabídka odpovídala realitě, slečny přes chat byly rovněž velmi nápomocné. Doporučuji.

Jde o cestovní agenturu jako je třeba Invia, takže zájezdy jen přeprodávají. Pro mě původně neznámá značka. Až při placení jsem zjistil, že spadá pod Fischera.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Můžu jen doporučit. Už jsem přes eTravel koupil několik dovolených a vždycky jsem byl spokojený. Ubytování, služby i všechno ostatní bylo na jedničku. Navíc se díky velké nabídce zájezdů skvěle vybírá a dovolená vyjde velmi levně. Nikde jinde takhle výhodné zájezdy neseženu.
I can only recommend. I have already bought several holidays via eTravel and I have always been satisfied. Accommodation, services and everything else was in first place. In addition, thanks to the large offer of tours, it is great to choose from and the holiday is very cheap. I can't find such advantageous tours anywhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Objednal jsem si přes ně letenku do Řecka. Dostal jsem potvrzení, s tím, že se mi brzy ozvou. 2 dny čekal na odpověď, poté jsem tam zavolal, pán mě ujistil, že se mi ozvou. Když jsem za několik hodin volal znovu, oznámili mi, že mou letenku prodali někomu jinému.

When I called again in a few hours, they told me that they had sold my ticket to someone else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je mile, kdyz se Vam spolecnost, a to dokonce jmenem vykonneho reditele, po zakoupeni zajezdu ozve a pozada vas o vyplneni hodnoceni. V zadosti vas pritom ujisti o snaze o maximalni spokojenost a dulezitost zpetne vazby. Hodnoceni jsem obratem vyplnil a prestoze prubeh rezervace nebyl uplne hladky, tak jsem snahu ocenil.
Bohuzel jednani obchodnika eTravel se dostalo do noveho kontextu hned druhy den. Muj relativne dobry pocit se rozplynul, kdyz jsem zjistil, ze spustili akci, kde bych usetril 2.000Kc. Stacilo jen nevyslyset nalehani prodejkyne, ktera mi prechozi den volala, at s platbou nevaham a obratem zaplatim... (Pro uplnost zajezd je za 9 mesicu a v teoretickem pripade vyprodani konkretniho terminu nebylo pro nas problem jej pozmenit.)
S touto pachuti, ze spolecnost bud nahodou nebo zamerne, me ochudila o cenovou vyhodu, jsem se obratil na dotycneho generalni reditele. Bohuzel jiz tyden cekam na reakci...

All I had to do was listen to the saleswoman, who called me the day before, that I didn't hesitate to pay and I would pay immediately ...
With this taste that the company, either by accident or intentionally, deprived me of a price advantage, I turned to the CEO in question. Unfortunately, I've been waiting for a response for a week ...
