The best electric company in the region

Since February 2021, I have been trying to get them to install one intercom in the electronic intercom system in our apartment building, where this company had previously installed this system. In total, I contacted them about 7 times by phone and each time I literally won the date of the visit to install a home phone. I understand that I am probably not a lucrative customer for them. In any case, no one has come to this day. Absolute disinterest on the part of the company. For me, this company is an absolute day that I have met and that is why it is a business waste for me. Last week on Friday, I contacted the competition that arrived today, arranged everything to my satisfaction and expressed concerns about the method of assembly that this company made for us. We will therefore have to spend money to remove this old and carelessly made system and place a new one out of the competition.
