★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Porouchalo se nám auto, ale díky EU autoservis jsme mohli po 1,5 hodině pokračovat v plánované cestě. Pánové byli moc příjemné, samotné místo čisté, moderní, doporučili restauraci na skvělý oběd.
 Our car broke down, but thanks to the EU car service we were able to continue the planned journey after 1.5 hours. The gentlemen were very nice, the place itself clean, modern, they recommended the restaurant for a great lunch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do servisu jsem se objednal na seřízení geometrie mého vozu. Paní byla po telefonu milá, objednala mě hned na stejný den s tím, že tam budu auto muset nechat a až budou mít chvíli čas, tak mi geometrii udělají. První věc, které mě nemile překvapila, když na předávací protokolu byla uvedena předpokládaná cena opravy 10 000,-. Na můj nesouhlas paní odpověděla, že tam nějakou cenu napsat musí. Říkám si, dobře snad to bude v pořadku. Po cca hodině od přistavení vozu mi volal technik, že geometrii nelze seřídit z důvodu vůlí na podvozku. Dle jeho sdělení byly utrhané silentbloky, vůle v čepech i spojovacích tyčkách řízení (vlastně komplet přední náprava špatná). S vozidlem každý den jezdím a pokud by bylo vážně vše co řekl špatné, jistě bych si toho všiml. Proto jsem technikovi sdělil, že si pro auto přijedu a opravím si to. Čímž jsem technika zaskočil, jelikož mi odpověděl ,,a Vy to od nás nechcete opravit?", nechci děkuji. Za tuto činnost jsem jim zaplatil 500,-. Ze servisu jsem jel rovnou na STK, kde jsem si nechal přední nápravu zkontrolovat. Nečekaně nebyla nalezena žádná vůle (na čež mám smozřejmě doklad). Čtyři dny poté jsem jel do jiného servisu, kde byla geometrie bez jakéhokoliv problému seřizena.
Zvláštní že, i v dnešní době se takovéto věci stále dějí.

I ordered service to adjust the geometry of my car. The lady was nice on the phone, she ordered me the same day, with the proviso that I would have to leave the car there, and when they had time, they would do the geometry for me. The first thing that surprised me unpleasantly was when the delivery report stated the estimated price of the repair of 10,000. To my disagreement, the lady replied that she had to write a price there. I say to myself, well, maybe it will be okay. About an hour after the car was delivered, the technician called me to say that the geometry could not be adjusted due to play on the chassis. According to his statement, the silent blocks were torn, the play in the pins and connecting rods of the steering wheel (actually the front axle set was bad). I drive a vehicle every day, and if everything he said was really wrong, I'd certainly notice. That's why I told the technician that I would come for the car and fix it. I didn't want to thank the technician because he answered me, "and you don't want to fix it from us?", I don't want to thank you. I paid them 500 for this activity. I went straight to the MOT from the service, where I had the front axle checked. no clearance was found (for which I obviously have a document.) Four days later I went to another service, where the geometry was adjusted without any problem.
Strange that, even today, such things still happen.
THEREFORE, I OFFER ALL TO INCREASED Vigilance WHEN VISITING THIS SERVICE, AS IT MAY BE EASY TO EXPENSE TO REPAIR DEFECTS THAT DO NOT EXIST.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Objednali jme se do tohoto „servisu“ na rutinní vyčištění a náplň klimatizace. Auto do té doby chladilo až nohy zábly celé 2 roky od posledního čištění a naplnění. Po zásahu odborníků z EU Autoservis chladící výkon razantně klesl, načež jsme se po konfrontaci servisu dozvěděli, že chladící médium může unikat vlivem netěsností systému. OK, nechali jsme tamtéž zkontrolovat a znovu naplnit v naději, že bude vše v pořádku. Servisem nebyly shledány žádné úniky média, nicméně po zkoušce klimatizace auto chladilo na zlomek původního výkonu.
Po kontrole v jiném servise nám sice bylo potvrzeno, že systém je naprosto v pořádku, ale objem média opět skoro žádný. Navíc od návštěvy EU Autoservis nešla otevřít kapota auta.
Zvolte raději jiný servis, ne toho, kdo se na vás evidentně snaží akorát vydělat peníze za nic.
We ordered this "service" for routine cleaning and filling of the air conditioning. Until then, the car had been cooling up to its legs for 2 years since the last cleaning and filling. After the intervention of experts from the EU Autoservis, the cooling capacity dropped sharply, after which we learned after the confrontation of the service that the cooling medium may leak due to system leaks. OK, we had it checked there and refilled in the hope that everything would be fine. No service leaks were found by the service, however, after the air conditioning test, the car cooled down to a fraction of its original output.
After checking in another service, it was confirmed to us that the system is absolutely fine, but the volume of media is again almost none. In addition, since the visit to the EU Autoservis, the car hood has not been opened.
Choose another service, not the one who is obviously trying to make money for you for nothing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ EU Autoservis provádí nekvalitní práci a chová se nekorektně. Naúčtovali si 40 000, -Kč za opravu předního nárazníku u os. vozu po střetu se zvěří. Když jsme zvedli kapotu, žádný díl nevyměnili, pouze vyrovnali a vykytovali nárazník. Nekvalitně proved. kytování se začalo deformovat, propadat. Na horní okraj pod kapotu nalepili pryž (gumu) zřejmě ze staré Škodovky. Jiný servis vyčíslil jimi proved. práce vč. přelakování nárazníku nanejvýš do 10 000,- Kč.
