★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Complete joke service: 3 days in a row they promise to deliver the palette, and nothing . Their driver I called tell me "why should I call to say we are not coming, I am just a driver" and as a revenge because I complained, he sends back the palette to the sender saying the goods are damaged! I lost 3 days because of this company. Don't do the same mistake.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been sending cargo from the UK to Prague over the past 3 years, the agent in London, pass my goods on to TopTrans in Prague for collection. Goods are always kept in very good condition and never any problem. Great central location. Never had any problems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a delivery from Ceske Budejovice to Prague with TopTrans: everything worked awesome: delivered the next day, tracking number was showing the accurate status, they guys called me before delivery and were here on time, got help with the heavy goods to the elevator. All in all, super satisfied with the delivery!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would be amazing if you guys start telling estimated time range of delivery in SMS, like other competitive companies do, not just "today we're delivering your stuff". Calling the courier every time to find out is pretty annoying. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TopTrans is poorly run, terribly organized, and entirely unreliable. I took off work repeatedly to fit into their 4 hour window of delivery and they kept cancelling. Then they showed up outside the window and couldnt even get the delivery off the truck. Don't give them business you will be dissapointed. They get 2 stars because the item wasnt damaged.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I made offer for product yesterday, and TOP TRANS delivered super fast and they help me with product because was big size. The other transport companies before put the products in the middle of the street and gone. TOP TRANS was so kind and so responsive. First time in Prague i am so happy and so satisfied with communication and transport. This is only the one company who was not rude and i recommend them with all my hart, they are the BEST. Thank you and Marry Christmas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely abysmal customer service.
It’s pretty much impossible to contact them, or even just to change delivery date in advance.
They don’t let you know the date of delivery in advance, they just send you a message on the actual day (not in the morning, but around 10:30).
They claim they’ll let you know time of delivery, but they never ever do, not even in the SMS on the day of delivery.
It’s absolutely impossible to organize your life, if this company is part of it :-( You just have to sit at home for several days and wait for them to graciously allow you to receive your delivery.
EDIT: to clarify, I did receive an automated email and text message from them, but it didn’t contain any useful information. And when I tried calling their distribution center, nobody was answering the phone. And when I tried to call the driver, it took 8 tries and considerable amount of time before he answered.
So what TopTrans is saying in response to my review is not what happened in my case.
