Když jsem je na to upozornil, že je to její povinnost, vyhodila mně z lékárny, že už tam nikdy nemám chodit a že nebudu se stačit divit když tam ještě jednou vlezu. Pak ještě za mnou vyběhla a požadovala se mého jména, že jsem na kameře a že uvidím . Absolutní neprofesionalita, nedodržování základních pravidel. Nedoporučuji ? The staff, including the owner, is without a respirator, the staff put it on when I entered the pharmacy. The owner does not. When I warned them that it was her duty, she threw me out of the pharmacy, that I should never go there again, and that I would not be surprised to get in there again. Všem vřele doporučuji majitelku lékárny uposlechnout a v žádném případě tam nechodit. Completely amoral: 2 pieces of Chinese respirators FFP2 for 250 CZK. When trying to return them, the client was roughly thrown out of the store with the words that she would never go there again. I highly recommend everyone to obey the owner of the pharmacy and by no means go there.

Jak takový člověk může vydávat léky, který nerozezná ani velikosti? L	Lenka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Objednávala jsem na online e-shopu gel na operaci. Podle stránek skladem, dodání do 1-2 dnů. Přišlo potvrzení objednávky a dále se 3 dny nic nedělo. Protože už jsem to další den potřebovala mít k nástupu do nemocnice, tak jsem ráno do lékárny volala. Paní, že to prověří a zavolá. Volala asi za hodinu a s klidem mi oznámila, že to skladem nemají a mít nebudou. Objednávku ale potvrdili, doručit měli do 2 dnů a ani po 3 dnech nikdo nezjistil, že to nemají skladem, natož aby se někdo ozval. Kdybych tam nezavolala nevím za jak dlouho a jestli vůbec by se někdo uráčil zavolat. Paní argumentovala tím, že mají dovolené (to je mi srdečně jedno když jsem objednaná na zákrok a mají napsáno do 2 dnů, proto jsem objednávala zde). Dále se mi paní snažila namluvit, že to je injekční roztok a je to jen na předpis a poslat to nesmějí (je to gel a je bez předpisu) - tak buď si paní schválně vymýšlela a nebo ani neví co nabízí a neumí si to ani přečíst. Takže o odbornosti zde velmi pochybuji. Po naší diskuzi mi paní začala radit, ať si zajdu někam do lékárny a do druhého dne mi to kdekoli objednají - a proč to teda nešlo u nich? A najednou to už není na recept? No prostě chování hrozný. A že jsem do teď neobdržela ani žádný e-mail o stornu objednávky se už ani nevyjadřuji. Když to neumím, tak neprovozuji eshop. However, they confirmed the order, they had to deliver it within 2 days, and even after 3 days, no one found out that they did not have it in stock, let alone for anyone to call. If I hadn't called there, I don't know how long and if anyone would even dare to call. The lady argued that they have a holiday (I heartily care when I am booked for the procedure and they have written within 2 days, so I ordered here). Furthermore, the lady tried to tell me that it is a solution for injection and it is only on prescription and they are not allowed to send it (it is a gel and it is without a prescription) - so either the lady deliberately made it up or she doesn't even know what she offers and can't even read it. . So I very much doubt the expertise here. After our discussion, the lady started to advise me to go somewhere to the pharmacy and order it anywhere for me the next day - so why was it not possible for them? And suddenly it's no longer a recipe? Well, just the behavior is terrible. And I haven't even commented that I haven't received any e-mail about the cancellation of the order until now. If I don't know, I don't run an e-shop. I DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!
M	Milan Dostal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ S lékařkou velice spokojen. Objednám ráno a odpoledne vyzvednu nachystaný. Fajn a ušetřen čas. Very satisfied with the doctor. I will order in the morning and pick up ready in the afternoon. Nice and time saved.
