Našel jsem tuto firmu, u které jsem si udělal objednávku. Všechno probíhalo jak mělo. Doprava i personál byl super, nelze si stěžovat. Teď od této firmy kupuji palivo pravidelně a opravdu si nelze stěžovat. Nejspolehlivější prodejna ze všech. Skvělý individuální přístup. Za mě palec nahoru, jsem spokojen. I recently bought firewood at the company. m	m dobrovny on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bohužel, absolutně nespolehlivé neprofesionální služby, komunikace arogantní. Reakce na objednávku trvá dlouho, pak se dohodnete a oni mlčí, nic Vám nedovezou. Voláte jim za několik dní a oni Vás seřvou že jste si zboží nepřevzal že byli u Vás (v termínu co jste si nedohodli) a objednávku zrušili. Pak zjistíte že vyjeli na základě sms, kterou neměli potvrzenou a poslali ji někomu jinému. Ano splést se může každý. Omluva žádná. Dohodnete si tedy termín znovu, vezmete si půldenní volno a čekáte. Po hodině a půl co má být dopravce u vás voláte kde je a oni Vám řeknou že nepřijede, že má nefunkční auto.Stačilo slušně zavolat a omluvit se - ne musíte si zavolat sami, abyste zjistili že čekáte zbytečně. Omluva žádná. Omluvili se až poté co bylo voláno na vedení. Bohužel, nikdy více. Unfortunately, absolutely unreliable unprofessional services, communication arrogant.
